She runs a tattoo business. On November 29th I purchased her Black Friday sale of $150 for a $350 gift certificate. She said these would be scheduled right away for the beginning of January. She took weeks to schedule my appointment.

The week before my appointment I reached out to her to talk about design, and I never heard back from her. Over the next week I messaged her multiple times to try and confirm my appointment, and also posted a comment on her Facebook page. At 8 am The morning of my appointment, which was scheduled for 11 am, she replies and says she “put the wrong date” in her book, and asked if I can come later the same day. I say yes. She says she has designs ready, talks about pricing. We settle on 6:30 pm for my appointment. When I ask to see the design she sent me a picture of someone else’s tattoo and said “this is what I’m using as a reference but more like the picture you sent me”. She could not produce a finished product for me to see. At 4 pm she again says she’s having issues, and will likely have to cancel again. I ask for a refund as I’m not going to be available for an appointment another day and she tells me “as stated on my Facebook page, no refunds” but that was not there when I booked and the sale post had no mention of not being refundable. This is not the first time this has happened to someone she took money from. I’ve seen a couple comments on her posts from people. I will attach a screenshot of one.
