    The generator we use to power our trailer to run our business failed and we found AAA Fast Appliance Service was still open and able to "help" us out. We dropped off the generator and gave them an $86 diagnostic fee for them to figure out what was wrong with the machine. My wife was the one to drop off the machine, so they texted her the next day telling her that it was a carburetor problem, and it was going to cost us $560!! Being totally taken aback with the outrageous price my wife let me know what they were trying to do so I contacted a girl named ****** who has been our main contact there and within mins we agreed to a still crazy high price of $300 (total $386) the carburetor is $12, but one I could live with because I would not be the one fixing it and since I haven't got the time. Now the obvious attempt to take advantage of my wife who I'm sure they didn't realize has extensive mechanical knowledge would have never been even spoken about again had they just told us the truth, but instead they strung us along for multiple days until finally ****** told us it was done at around 930 pm and we can go pick it up now! we jump out of bed to and race over to the place to sit there for over 2 hrs with them telling us the tech got held up. That same run around happened another 2 times!!! Then the machine magically was not fixed! ****** messages me and says that come to find out the recoil needs to be replaced and that is going to take two weeks! that is $4 a part that takes 15 mins to fix!! So now I'm getting angry I tell her i just want my machine back. They are holding my machine and refuse to release it to me after lying and stringing us along its obvious the machine is still broken and most likely hasn't even been touched. These people need to be shut down they are thieves and are taking advantage of people that are in need of help. I wish my wife would have read the reviews we wouldn't have ever used these people.

    my dryer broke on. 1/21/33. I had phoned several companies who stated they didnt service our area. AAA Fast Service Said they could come. First from **** no show then 6-8pm. They finally arrived 830pm. I was told $150 cash to walk in and evaluate my machine. *** the technician stated repair would be $648 will discount $100 balance cash or Zelle only $400 since the $150 was applied..Used the machine 1-2 times and once again it didnt dry. The following week 1/28/23 was told technician can only come 6-8 was delayed arrived at 10pm. Stated it was fixed went to use on. 1/29/23 machine didnt dry again. Called demanding my money back and speak with manager. ****** stayed thats not possible and will give manager message.As 1/31/23 no response. I was totally taken and want then out of business and want my money back! Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Broken freezer. Prepaid over $2k by check aug 6 and 11. Repair man needed to come back after ordering parts. He has been scheduled to come at least 10 times where he never showed up. They keep rescheduling me to another date. And each time there is another excuse why he cant make it. This began early august and it is now sept 9 and freezer still not fixed. I asked for money back they said no. I asked to give me the parts that I paid for and they said no
