Had them fix my lawn mower, took them 3 months to fix. When it broke down a couple of months later my husband looked at it to see what the problem was, and he seen that they used sheet metal bolts instead of the bolts it came with, oil was leaking all over the engine. I had Scott (the owner) to call my husband and talk with him because idk anything about motors and he does, Scott started yelling at my husband and telling him he don't know what he's talking about and hung up on him. My husband is a auto technician by trade. Scott refuses to do anything about this. Texted me and said he don't want to talk to him only me and everything is voided because my husband took it apart. Had to take it apart to see what the problem was and if he didn't wouldn't know about the bolts or oil.

Rec'd a call from the business and this was relayed: I would have fixed the machine at no cost if there was a problem when I returned it, The cons's husband decided to tear it apart and I dont know what happened, The parts were brand new, and running and 3 months after they said it was not running. I would have looked at it and fixed it for free, They refused to take my calls or messages and I will not be returning the $35.00 fee for my services.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Regards,
******* ***** This person has never tried to get ahold of me and I gave him $150.00 not $35.00.  my husband had to see why it wasn't working at the time, that's when he seen the bolts were not factory they were sheet metal bolts. I would like to resolve this matter. Thank you
