    I have placed and paid for 2 separate orders with Wellaray (order ************* which they state was delivered and NEVER was and order ************* which as SUPPOSEDLY been in transit for over 30 days). I have paid twice and not received ANY product. I e-mail for support and am given a tracking number that takes me to a website where NOTHING is in English. Escalation has not proved successful. This company is a scam and has ROBBED me of money TWICE for a total of $137.48.

    On 12/23 I purchased supplements from Wellaray online. I immediately Cancelled my order as it was done on Pay Pal by mistake. I notified the business within 10 minutes to Cancel this Order! No response. Next day got email " can't cancel order as it's shipped. Opened dispute in ******. They gave me 6.98 refund. Order has not moved in more than 5 days! I think this is decisions on their part! They do not want to refund my total purchase and cancel order! Very upset.

    Ordered health products from Wellaray on November 5th, 2024. Paid by credit card and also paid for shipping via ***. As of November 28th my product has not arrived and there is no updated shipping information. **************** is refusing to refund my purchase and will not let me speak with a Manager.
