Dates of issue began July 3rd to present date (and still continuing).

Money issued to the business is currently $360 and counting.

The business was committed to providing accounting services to our business. Lack of response to our continued attempts of communication has led us to this point. We are still without response to date, and no issues have been resolved. The main concern is that the business also continues to withdraw money from our account even though we have informed them that we have moved on with another accounting service. We have reached out to the business in various ways to inform them that we want all payments to come to an end, and their services are not needed. Their services have been non-existent for numerous months. We have resorted to BBB and legal actions to correct this lack of communication.

    Business Response

Agreed there has been a lack of communication on my part, and for that I apologize. However, I was not aware they had obtained accounting services from another service, only that someone would be giving them training in how to use quickbooks. The monies paid weekly were to cover the cost of quickbooks online along with the quickbooks full service payroll. I will cancel the subscription from my book of business today, and turn over the subscription to the client. At which time they can choose to maintain it or cancel their subscription. Since the payment for the August online subscription was already made a week ago, I will refund the last 2 weeks of payment to them.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We as a business decline the offer presented. We have documentation via phone records and text messages informing the business, as of July 1st 2023, their services will no longer be needed. They were specifically informed June 30th via text messages that the services were no longer needed. We resorted to text message because the business continuously ignored and failed to return phone calls. We are requesting all back debits withdrawn from our account from July 5th 2023, to present time. If need be we can supply said documentations to clarify any discrepancies. We are also requesting proof that the issues the business was supposed to be tending to while under our employ have been taken care of. Specifically a fine attached to a NYS 45 and an issue with Q4 2022 940 form that were his responsibility. It was brought to the business's attention and he said he'd take care of it back in February and we have yet to be given any information on the issues. The business also set up our quickbooks account and is listed as the primary admin. We have requested the primary admin be changed to Jessica W********* and it has yet to done.

    Regards,
