      Hello.This message is in regards to confirmation #****** *********************************************************** and confirmation #****** ********************************************************** Both reservations are for the same flight.The original flight was originally scheduled to depart from *** to IST on April 29, ****. Unfortunately, the flight schedule was recently changed by Turkish Airlines and this flight no longer exists.I called Turkish Airlines to request that my family be moved to a different flight on the SAME DAY. We have already reserved non-refundable hotels, rental cars, and other accommodations so we CANNOT be moved to a flight on a different day. We MUST be put on a flight departing from *** on April 29, ****.The requested new flight information is as follows:Flight No. ****** Departure Time: 19:15 Seat Type: BUSINESS (I)The representative I spoke to over the phone claimed that they could not change my flight because I used Turkish Airlines miles for a promotional offer and that promotion is no longer available. The promotion was ****** miles for a business class ticket. We purchased 2 adult tickets, 1 child ticket, and 1 lap infant ticket. The total was ******* miles.I should not have to pay any additional fees or use additional miles. I should be moved to the EXACT same Business class seats on the same date.I look forward to hearing from a authority figure from Turkish Airlines immediately.Thank you.***************************** ************** ******************

      Flew to ******* on Aug 23 with a layover in ********. One of my suitcases was sent to ********* *******. I filed all of the required paperwork at the airport. I finally received my suitcase on Aug 30, the day I left. I had to buy clothes to wear for the week. Upon my return home I filed all of the appropriate forms and receipts, everything they asked for. My expenses totaled over $300. Upon their review they offered me $45. I have messaged them to ask why and if I can protest their decision and they haven't responded to my request.

      I received a revised departure time for my second flight, which clashed with my initial connection. My original flight was from *************) to ***********) on Fri, Nov 17, 10:25 PM - Sat, Nov 18, 02:05 AM via Turkish Airlines (Flight number: ***, Confirmation: ******). ********** emailed me about the change, but Turkish Airlines' error in adjusting my second departure time forced me to change my travel date. Consequently, I missed my son's wedding, which was scheduled for November 18. I urge the airline to compensate for this mistake.

      On 31 October 2023, after reviewing my **** Account Transactions Statement, I noticed that Turkish Airlines had refunded $1,072.80, to my account. I called **********************, ***************** telephone number ***************:25 PM PST, to check the status of our reservations and were told by the Turkish Airlines representative after checking the status of the reservations that I would need to contact the Turkish Airlines Customer Relations/Airline Support Desk. I called telephone number ***************:38 PM PST, and the Turkish Airlines representative mentioned that I must call the Turkish Airlines ***************** I called again to the **************************** at 7:41 PM PST, and was told that ********************* ********** reservations had been canceled and a refund was deposited to my account in the amount of $1,072.80, and my reservations are still scheduled. I asked why were ***** reservations cancelled and was told that she was suspicious.I called Turkish Airlines ***************** again at 8:32 PM PST, and asked *** ******* to cancel my reservations as well. I explained that we were both traveling to the same place and ***** reservations were canceled for being suspicious, so canceled my reservations as well and refund my entire balance which was $343.65 plus $743.20, totaling $1,086.85.*************************************** Reference: ************ #: ******************** ******************** Reference: ******Ticket #: *************Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.       Hello, my flight was delayed 1 hour *** to *****, connecting in ********. Because of the delay, I missed my connection and the next flight from IST is 11 hours later.I asked them for compensation for missing my time on my family trip as **************************** another country when I could be utilizing my time.

      I had a flight for 840 pm on Oct 23 2023. I arrived at 650 pm and was denied boarding because the turkish airline terminal closed an hour early despite turkish airlines telling me in a call and repeated on their own website (photo attached) the teriminal was supposed to close an hour before the flight departure. The flight actually departed at 915pm. No one I could find at the turkish airlines desk at the airport or standing near the terminal would help me get to the boarding gate to see if they could help me get on my flight. Even worse I found out turkish airlines listed me as a no show for the flight even though I was at the airport in time to make the flight and even made some calls to Turkish airlines and priceline (who I booked the flight with) before the flight departed (photo attached). I missed the flight due to the check in gate at turkish airlines at the airport not following turkish airlines own policies to not close the check in gate until an hour before flight boarding. This is incredibly incompetent and frustrating. Turkish airlines has refused to get back to me about this despite promising I could call back after an hour of escalating this with them last night. I am only told to keep waiting for an email response which is not acceptable. I need to get home to go back to work. I am only asking them to place me on the next flight at no cost since it was their fault I was not allowed to board.

      Since they did not respond I had to buy an extremely expensive one way ticket that was almost double my original round trip ticket in order to get back. This airline is literally the worse I have ever been on. They LITERALLY tried to strand me in a foreign country.

      I am requesting them to pay back the amount I had to pay to return home.

      on 9/29/23, we were rerouted from IST to *** via JFK on Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines informed us that our bags were checked directly to ***. Bag tag: ********** and **********. When we arrived in DFW on 9/30/23, our bags were no where to be found. We filed a lost baggage report with Turkish Air: #**********. On 10/4/23, we were informed our bags were located in the lost and found office of Turkish Airlines at the *********** (file number is *** *************). We have requested several times that the bags be sent to their tagged final destination (DFW) but have yet to receive them as of 10/12/23.

      I reserved tickets on July 28th for my spouse and I and our two kids ( 8 and 1.5). I paid for my infant to have a separate seat (4 tickets total), I also paid for seat selection and choose seats where we can all sit together. Three weeks prior to my flight I notice that all seat selections were lost, the money was not refunded and my infant no longer has a seat (although I paid for her to have a separate seat). I called Turkish airlines 4 times, they told me to submit a feedback form which they never replied to. Calling customer relations ends up in them hanging up on me and telling me that there is nothing they can do. Employees are extremely disrespectful especially of women and they hang up immediately once they hear a woman voice. If my husband calls they answer and tell him that there's nothing they can do for us. This airline is highly predatory and charges for seat and eliminates seat selection with no refund ( I read about this practice multiple times on online forums) They make it too hard for people to get their money back by having employees hang up and block any ways for the customer to complain. My flight is in 3 days, I still don't have seats and I am very scared that I will have to sit far away from my infant or 8 year old on a 13 hour flight. This is predatory and unacceptable! I have no way to get to someone who can help me and I regret reserving with Turkish airlines.

      My name is **************************I would like to file a complaint against Turkish AirlinesI flew with the airline on June 9 from Turkey to ***********, ********** when we arrived at *** along with my family Turkish Airlines lost my twin baby boys strollersI have contact Turkish Airlines several times and I keep getting the same response over and over. I have submitted all the documentation they requested. I even drove back to ******************* to file a claim with them on July 15.Im writing you guys today October 6, 2023. My issue has not been resolved with a Turkish Airlines. Every time I called them up they keep staring to wait and my case is still under investigation.I called them up yesterday and I was told if I dont hear anything from them I would have to call again to be honest with you guys Im sick and tired of calling them over and over. Its been over four months and they have not even bother to respond to me.Case ID **********.Every time I try to call them up and ask for a supervisor they keep stating there is no supervisor available to talk to. I have spent $600 for those two strollers for my twin baby boys and they have not even reimburse me anything I would like you guys to get involved and resolve my issue I would really appreciate it.

      To whom it may concern,We were traveling from ********, ****** on october 2nd, on a flight leaving at 2pm. Early that morning we received an email from turkish airways that our flight was delayed until 5pm, and also a notice from expedia. We completed the checking and extended our check out time, so we can go to the airport three hours before (by 2pm). When we got to the airport, we were informed that our flight left at the original schedule, and that we missed it as if we were late. We showed them that we received the emails and notices of the delays and they didnt care. They made two of the travelers buy new tickets for the next day, I bough mine through expedia and they did honor the issue and put me on the next flight back (next day 7am) at no cost, however i missed a day of work due to this issue, and we had to pay hotel accomodation due to the 24 hour issue caused by the airline. The airport staff treated us like ignorant people, the customer service line did not want to help, and now we cannot get in touch with any one in regards to this matter. I demand a refund and reparations for the extra expenses and work day missed caused by this scam. I have all the proofs, and provided to the airline, which still insists that we missed our flight.
