      New Santa Cruz, 12 days ago air condition quit. Told me it was air compressor. I called 5 days later and asked for a loaner, no reply and received no reply as of yet from them. This is the second complaint I have had to issue to them

      Was told I have to run on dealer plates for couple days. Well it’s been 3 months now. I’ve made 3 payments on this truck and it’s not even mine. Every time I call them I get a different story on where the title is. They shouldn’t have sold this truck if they didn’t have a title to it.

      I have been having issues with my headlight time and again and I finally took it to Shults in Olean, who I thought i trusted to help me out. I was told that it was due to corrosion and they cleaned it up and said it was fixed. A couple days later it went out again. I was dealing with family emergencies and called them a couple weeks later about it when I got the chance and explained the situation and got awful customer service from whoever answered the phone. He told me on the call that it’s an electrical problem, which was never said to me before this phone call, which is why I am upset. I am not looking for a temporary fix which is what they gave me to make money off me and to to have me leave looking stupid because I’m a teenage girl and them feeling accomplished with stealing money from me. If I were to be told that there was a bigger issue that I needed to address, I would’ve been fine giving them the money for their service and going on with my day. But I wasted my time and my money being told it was fixed when it indeed was not. Shults has completely lost my business after this experience.
