    I trust in this dealership to do the right thing considering I'm not a certified mechanic. All I get is a big repair bill for things that could have been avoided due to recommended preventive maintenance advise. They are not hear to help us but want us to buy their product.

    This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel like I was a bother if I had any questions. I have also called the service **** with a question and left 2 voicemails and still 10 days later no response. I would suggest buying your Porsche elsewhere.

    I took my car to fix the problem with car charging , left the car for 5-6 days and the problem was never resolved. I called back to complain they will only see me in 3 weeks because they have no loner cars their customer service is way below average. I believe they do not have enough staff to repair cars my car is 1.5 years old and I have taken it back for service 3-4 times already too many recalls on the taycan 2021 model. too many electrical issues ,
