      I have been renting a unit in one of Kimco realty spaces in ***********, ********** for a few years now. *********** to be exact. This is been the worst experience I have ever had. They have not been handicap accessible due to elevators. Been broken for months anhandicap accessible due to elevators. Been broken for months at a time. All the bathrooms have not worked the escalators have not worked. The elevators have not worked, people have been stuck on the elevators, and firefighters have had to come pry them out. Security has not protected people here in the facility, some people have fallen due to bad tiling and hurt themselves, the list can go on. Our place of business has made many complaints, and nothing has been done to fix any of these issues in any timely matter. It is illegal to have a place that is not handicap accessible. We have had to physically carry wheelchairs up two flights of stairs to get clients into our facility. This is the worst experience and it makes it worse when the hired building manager does nothing about it.
