    Business Commitment: Clean out rodent. Exclusions with weekly service until rodents are eliminated for 3 months. Then regular maintenance for 12 months.
    David explained that after trapping the rats, he would repair the holes made by them in the wall using aluminum sheets.

    What Happened: David brought bait and trapped 2 rats in the first week after receiving $475. As Parkhurst Solutions did not bring any other equipment, I provided my own camera and informed David whenever a rat was observed.
    After First week, David did not perform the weekly monitoring of rat traffic and did not repair the holes as promised.
    On 3/23/23 I called to remind David of the unfinished work and failure to monitor. He promised to come on 3/27/25 but did not come and kept me waiting. He promised to come at 12:45 on 3/27/23 but came at 1:20.
    He started explaining the work that he would be doing and showed me 2 aluminum sheets. As the work was getting procrastinated and nothing was happening, I told him to finish whatever his plan was and to refund me half the $475 since he was not completing the promised task. If not, I will take up the matter with Better Business Bureau. David got furious, picked up the aluminum sheets that he had brought and left in a huff declaring that he would refund me the entire money. The next day he emailed me that he would send me a check for $150 for refund of monitoring fee for the remaining 12 months. The week has passed and no check has come. So, I am demanding that he repay me half of $475 expeditiously.
