  They charged me over $300 (+Tax) just to fix the clogged drain hose of my dishwasher. They didn't tell me this cost until they were already here. Their policy is to charge $95 just for stopping by to diagnose the issue and provide a cost estimate for repair. I'm located in *** so costs are higher, but this still feels like a rip-off since at this price point you're almost able to afford buying and installing a new dishwasher.

  I recently had an issue with my range hood that needed to be fixed after a previous contractor had damaged it. Thankfully, the technician from Global was able to come to my home in Brooklyn and fix the problem. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that the technician from Global demonstrated. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix it. He was also able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I had. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service that Global provided. They were able to fix the issue with my range hood in a timely and efficient manner, and the technician who came to my home was both knowledgeable and professional.

  I recently used Global Solutions for an appliance repair service in Jamaica Queens, and I must say, I was impressed with their work.   I was really suspicious of Global Solutions Appliance Repair at first. My Viking refrigerator had broken down, and I had never heard of this company before. I was worried that they might take advantage of me and charge me an arm and a leg for the repair. But when the technician arrived, they put me at ease right away. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. They gave me a ************** of the cost and explained exactly what needed to be done to fix my fridge. I was still hesitant, so I asked a lot of questions. The technician was patient and answered each one honestly.
