I paid $70.31 to attend the Long Island Christmas House, which claims to have 45+ minute walk-through of all things Christmas, followed by a glorious gift shop. They also claim to have Over 12 rooms to walk through. This attraction falsely advertises these statements on their website. There was approximately 10 rooms, if you can call them that. There were a few areas sectioned off with light curtains, that were barely decorated with Christmas decor. It took about 15 minutes (at most) to walk through. The employee let about 6 families in, so we basically stood in the house the entire time waiting to move into the next area when the prior family cleared. There is also no gift shop located anywhere in the attraction. They claim to sell snacks, shirts and other items. Prior to attending the website offered a discount, if you sent an email so I did. I was offered a 20% discount, which I applied, otherwise my total would have been over $90. I was extremely disappointed by the attraction as it was not what they advertised so I posted a review to ******* Immediately afterwards I received an email from the company telling me I was disgusting and classless for posting the review. This is no way any business should conduct themselves. Upon looking more into their reviews the company attempts to discredit any low review, and all 5 star reviews have no commentary and no prior reviews making them appear to be fake.

    Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Christmas House Long Island regarding complaint ID ********.
However, this is fine and I would like to withdraw my complaint, as I do not feel it will come to a resolution.
    Sincerely,
