      The manufacturing of this company and how they make the furniture is not sold material. I have not even had my sectional for a year yet and two times already they had to come sew openings at the seams. I still owe 1k and they want me to pay towards replacing this sofa even though the cause of damage is from once again the way this sofa was made. Horrible policy with coverage and awful quality !!!!

      We bought our furniture, it will be 3 years in April 2024.
      We bought the extra service plan $350.00.
      Our sofa, loveseat and chairs look like they have been used for 10 years.
      Horrible.
      Also, the back of the sofa, the spring broke.
      Service came out, nice gentleman,, said we have had alot of issues with this set.
      There are pulls all over the sofa, and on one cushion, it looks like dog hair.
      So I called and they offered to replace the cushions. I don't want another set of cushions.
      Why it is only going to do it again, oh and to try andi fix the back of the sofa.
      If not, they offered our service contract money back. Really, really !!!!
      What a joke!!
      I am calling my lawyer to see if I can sue them.
      Oh and by the way the set cost over $4700.00.

      so i purchased a sectional on febuary 24 2024 from raymore on transit rd. the cushions showed wear like they had been used for 2 to 3 years witin the couple weeks. i called the service department in cheektowaga ny. they opened a service ticket for the cushions and i asked tracey. hypothetially. what if it happens again do you replace the cushions or is it a bad product. if we had known we would have never bought the sectional or gone to raymor. now we are playing tag with our furniture is it good or not.

      Oh my lord. What a horrible experience after using Raymore and Flanagan furniture store. I had received faulty furniture it wasn't to easy to deal with the store in kinnelon nj. Although. They say they are doing there job. It's almost like a scam. With customer service.

      The salesman was spot on, however the delivery persons were rude, unprofessional and the most horrible customer service I ever had in my entire life. Arguing with me because I requested they wear a face mask in my place. I won't be purchasing anything else from them, also spreading the news on how I was treated.

      I purchased a bedroom set and the chest was damaged. We were told when it was delivered that someone would be out to replace it. I called West Hartford, CT store and spoke to the store manager was rude. He told me that they would repair it. The chest has a dent it in and trying to repair it it’s acceptable. We went to Raymour & Flanigan because of the quality furniture you sell but trying to repair damage furniture isn’t quality.
      When we walked into the store everyone was smiling and grinning but now we are given the run around. I will never shop at Raymour & Flanigan again and will spread the word on social media.

      2 recliners delivered 1/7/23, issue notified store mgr. sent replacement 2/16, damaged. Requested refund, 8 calls later, time spent told could do straight return. BUT I HAVE TO PAY 40% RESTOCKING FEE!!!! 2/28/23. They have pics say that’s the way made. I have pics showing damage. Trying to get corporate office impossible. Help!

      I think ONE star is way to many. How are they Rated A+ ??? Bought a 1000.00 dollar foundation mattress made by ********** From: Raymour and Scamigan. Three years later the mattress has a DEEP sink hole. With all the complaints I don't know how they stay in business. They can only Burn me once. This product is said to have a TEN year Warranty! But not if the company is bait and Switch. then you are on your own as with my experience. Bought a ******, there is a true Proration process they use. They seem HONEST. Something you don't find often today.

      On December 23, I picked up
      A very large kitchen island. It was boxed in two extremely heavy boxes. 3 men had to move this to put it in in my home, I was unable to put it together right away. This When I finally hired someone to put this together, upon completion, we noticed the table top was heavily damaged. I immediately contacted the manager. He in turn sent me to the repair dept. I emailed photos of how heavily damaged it was. The repair person also said it was very damaged. About an hour after speaking with him, I received a text for a service appt. I phoned them and said there is no need for a service appointment. They need to come and take this back. The woman I spoke to said, we can repair it, but it will not be 100%. I told her that was unacceptable. I again asked for them to come and remove this piece of furniture. They said that wasn’t their policy. There was no way to replace it. Apparently, this item became discontinued right after I purchased it. Raymour, and Flanigan. is a subpar furniture store. Their customer service is beyond horrible, as is the managers. I tried getting in touch with corporate headquarters, but it returned you to the prompts and there is no forwarding prompt for corporate. I now have hired an attorney to possibly see what could be done. I would advise to never purchase anything at this furniture store. They do not stand behind their products.

      I purchased two mattresses within two years from Reymour and Flanigan. The first in 2021...had to get it exchanged a couple months later because it already started to sag in. The 2nd mattress I purchased in 2022...already started to sag in by the end of 2023, but this time they wouldn't replace the mattress -- the technician said I "failed inspection."
      Thank you Reymour and Flanigan for stealing my money and providing me a terrible sleep experience. Now I'm stuck with another terrible mattress from these con artists and will have to purchase a new one out of pocket.
      Awful company.
