      Horrible customer service!!!! Sofas were ruined by tech who spray painted them and can’t get anyone to take accountability now. Getting the run around for well over a month Stay away from this ridiculously priced place!

      Pamela W****** is a professional. Ms Pamela treated us with respect ensuring we had an opportunity to explore several products as we sought to purchase a mattress. We felt valued treated with respect. Further she was kind and patient answering repeat questions.
      Much kudos to Ms Pamela. I was pleasantly surprised she took considerable time with us.

      NOT HAPPY! I ordered a custom sectional from R&F. I waited and it finally came. The chaise cushion was 2 inches shorter than the rest of the sofa. I went in store and complained. Some manager told me that I can pay full price for the difference of a cuddler if not defective, and if defective I would pay the difference. R&F then sent somneone out to evaluate. At that time of service they tech said he agreed it was defective but he only ordered another cushion. But i did not want another cushion because I heard the Chaise has these issues all the time. At that time I told the tech that i would like a cuddler instead and that would make me happy. All he did was go back and order another cushion that I am still waiting for that. SO AGAIN, NOT HAPPY! NOT SATISFIED. With this expensibe piece of furniture that i ordered.

      Previously I wrote a review on our last purchase.. well the manager there actually ended up helping us on the sectional couch.. I'm very pleased with the help an how he went out of his way to make us happy I definitely will be back

      I purchased a ********** sectional from Raymour and Flanagan 1.5 years ago. The cuddler cushion has a large depression in it and the fabric is badly wrinkled.
      Even though the manufacturer ** ******** offers a 5 year cushion warranty Raymour and Flanagan refuses to replace the cushion core.

      It has been 3 months since I first contacted customer service and the issue has STILL yet to be resolved. I received a call from customer service at 11:37 am on February 1, which I was not able to answer due to being at work. I called customer service back today (February 2 at 4:10 pm) and like always, my call was not answered and I was forced to leave a voicemail. On December 16th, I was able to schedule a delivery of my replacement for the time frame of 9 AM - 11:45 AM. I waited that entire nearly 3 hour time frame until contacting customer service at 11:47 AM via chat to ask about my delivery. I have attached the conversation I had with a representative. To summarize, there was never going to be a delivery, because the couch was not in stock. So how was I able to schedule a delivery and wait 3 hours just to then contact Raymour and Flanigan myself to find out the couch was never going to be delivered in the first place? No one in customer service has made an initiative to resolve my issue in a timely manner, but there is no problem sending me a bill in the mail. I received a bill for my balance of $1,475.61 with a minimum payment of $52 due December 18th. How dare you send me a bill when the couch that is still sitting in my living room is damaged and in need of replacement! Am I to make payments on a nonexistent couch? I am certainly not paying for a damaged couch unless the balance is significantly lowered. I am beyond disappointed at this point. I am appalled at the service or lack of that I have received. Is this how all your customers who need repairs are treated? No contact from this company has been made since my last email on November 5th to FEBRUARY 1st! This is no way to treat anyone especially someone who is PAYING for a PRODUCT and SERVICE. I expect my couch to be delivered UNDAMAGED. I expect customer service to pick up the phone when I call during business hours!

      Very disappointed with Raymond ,I bought couch 3 years ago ,in the first year it’s sank in,then I used the insurance to fix it ,didn’t last ,it’s sink in again ,I called and they said that is nothing they can do ,unless a paid for the service and the stuff to fix it,very disappointing,it’s expensive couch and didn’t last at all ,nor the insurance helps or the Raymond and Flanigan ,bad ,bad ,company.

      In November 2023 I purchased a sofa and loveseat, both with automatic recliners, along with two side tables. Upon delivery, the sofa had an imperfection in the fabric (which could cause a pull in the fabric) and I refused it. A week later they delivered the same exact sofa with the exact same fabric imperfection in the exact same spot. They let me hang on to that sofa until a new replacement was sent. The new one was correct.
      The two side tables that were delivered fit perfectly. A few weeks later, we moved the tables to make room for our Christmas tree to find our brand new rug in our brand new house had dark marks in the rectangular shape of the new side tables. The stain used on the tables stained my rug. Turning them upside down and wiping the bottoms with a paper towel showed the stain coming off on the bottoms. The bottoms were not properly sealed causing the stain to come off. After contacting Raymour & Flanigan they reordered the tables, which were now on back order, in the hopes that a different run in the manufacturing corrected the problem. The service department said she would personally test the furniture before the delivery of the new tables. When the new tables arrived, I had the delivery men turn them upside down so I could do the paper towel stain test on the bottoms. Again, the stain came right off the bottoms. I refused the new tables again. While waiting for the new tables, I special-ordered and paid for glass tops for the tables from a private glazier. Raymour & Flanigan gave me a store credit in the amount of the two tables to pick out two new tables. However, now I need to find tables with the exact same top dimensions as the original tables or I will be out the money for the new glass tops as well as the rug cleaning expenses.
      Based on my experiences, I will avoid purchasing items from Raymour & Flanigan and I cannot recommend them to others.

      Definitely dissatisfied. Made an online order for a mattress and box spring. The box spring was misrepresented and it was the bed frame that arrived So I went to return to the store I picked it up from and they told me no returns after 2 days. I was only there a week later. I explained that I needed a box spring. She said sorry. They don’t handle on line orders !!! Then I asked to talk to a manger. The guy said he’ll get him. I saw the guy texting on his phone for like ten minutes. I walked out. Bought all my furniture and updates furniture and beds from this store and that’s what I get. No wonder the store was empty.

      I have been a Raymour and Flanigan customer for many years. I recently puchased living room furniture and I am very dissappointed. The quality of the furniture is below sub standard. I have tried to resolve this issue and have my furniture replaced or my money returned.
      I have been told that this issue cannot be resolved; therefore, I placing my review online and to file my complaints with The Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. This is not acceptable or a policy to be reinforced especially when I spend my hard earned money..
      Raymour and Flanigan wants to a reputable company; however, their quality of furniture with substandard policies is not acceptable. I encourage others to investigate this company.
