I purchased a leather couch and love for 3,000$ in November 2023. After sitting on the couch for a week we noticed that the leather left sitting depressions. The leather didn’t retract after usage. I filled a complaint with the company, they sent out a tech. He reported that the leather now being manufactured is inferior to leather due to a change in chemicals. This is NOT normal wear and tear. This is a defective product. I called the company and said they couldn’t do anything to assist me. I am asking for a full refund. Haven’t heard back from them yet.
I’m contacting the NYS attorney general and may need to file a lawsuit.

(For the 1459 Niagara Falls Blvd location) I have a lot of buyer's remorse after dealing with this place. It seemed like a good idea to purchase a recliner from here during the holidays, but our experience has been filled with issue after issue. The salesperson seemed considerate and friendly until we looked at our receipt and realized we were charged for furniture shipping – something she told us was included in the price of the couch and what sold us on going with Raymour & Flannigan over another furniture store. When we tried to discuss this with them, they just connected us directly with the salesperson so she could dismissively tell us we simply misunderstood her, ending with no resolution. The recliner also malfunctioned right after purchase. We waited weeks to get a technician out to repair it, but he spent 2 minutes telling us he needed a part and would get back to us with no clear timeline on when this would get fixed. Again, no resolution is in sight, and we're stuck waiting for another uncertain amount of time. Customer care has been no help either; they give no clear direction and rush us off the phone, telling us this vague waiting game is all they can offer us. I wish we'd get our money back and go somewhere else, but that's not an option with their policies.

I want to express my disappointment with the recent purchase of a sofa from Raymour & Flanigan on November 26, 2023. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention.
During the transaction, I found the return policy to be inadequately explained. Despite signing the receipt, I overlooked the "No Return" stamp due to the swift nature of the process. This lack of clarity became apparent upon the delivery of the sofa on December 3rd.
Upon inspection, I noticed significant differences between the delivered sofa and the showroom model. The cushions lacked the expected support, leading to an uncomfortable seating experience. Additionally, the packaging was insufficient, exposing the sofa to inclement weather and compromising its quality. The lack of a protective box and the hasty wrapping with blankets were notably imprudent.
Seeking resolution, I contacted Raymour & Flanigan on the morning of December 4th to express my concerns and explore the possibility of a return. Unfortunately, my request was declined. This refusal, coupled with the lack of transparency during the purchase and substantial discrepancies in product quality, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I wish I could leave minus 0000000 stars.
I was duped into buying a 5 year platinum protection plan for a kitchen table set that cost me $1,080.00. I have had to call multiple times for repairs & replacements for the last 3 years. Clearly this was not a quality piece of furniture & I was just informed because the top of the table was replaced once my insurance is no longer active for the top of the table. I have bought multiple pieces of furniture, including a living room set as well as bedroom furniture & I will NEVER buy anything ever again from this ** company. BUYER BEWARE

I have made several purchases from Raymour & Flanigan over the years and each time I realize how poorly constructed the majority of their furniture is - you get what you pay for, and it had gotten worse.
Most recently we purchased a bedroom set for my son and it was not inexpensive. Within a few months the bed frame was falling apart. Rather than replacing the defective product they sent a man to patch it up. That didn't last long. Now the dresser drawer is broken and after initially offering to fix the defective drawer for a price of $130, which we grudgingly agreed to. Then they inexplicably said that they could no longer repair. Each manager told us the same. Basically, too bad we can't help you, you are on your own.
The problem with the furniture is that it is so poorly constructed that it is difficult to repair. For example the drawer slides in my son's dresser are secured to the side of the dresser with staples and glue! No screws or bolts or fasteners that are worthy of the job. The cheapest materials possible are used and then Raymour & Flaningan refuses to stand behind their product with impunity.
It is no surprise that they are not accredited by the BBB because they run phoney sales and discounts to move their subpar product. Do yourself a favor and don't go there. Look closely at the actual construction of the furniture you want, and get good quality. Do not go to Raymour unless you want broken furniture in a couple of months - to maybe a couple of years if you are lucky. That is what you get for a few thousand dollars at Raymour. Pathetic.

Horrible experience!! We just bought a dining room table that the salesman described as extremely durable. It arrived scratched up from the start so we scheduled a service call. When I explained to the service guy that we bought the table because we thought it had a durable surface, he said that 'you can't believe the salesmen'. He also suggested that I cover it with glass and when I mentioned shellacking it, he said I could do that my self. To top it all off, they said we could return it if we paid for the extended warranty and delivery charge.
We responded by challenging the charge through our bank.

This was my first couch purchase & the experience has been truly awful- faulty furniture, awful customer service & hours of time spent trying to fix this.
I bought a couch that was delivered broken. After multiple calls & a service visit, I was able to exchange it for a different one. I found a replacement couch & thought the problem was resolved. However, I found out R&F charged me for both deliveries, which is not right since the first couch was broken. After several calls & being told it was policy to be charged both deliveries (I have not been able to find this policy online), one delivery charge was removed.
Once the replacement couch was delivered, I found out that R&F charged me for both couches! I called several times again before it was eventually fixed. At this point I asked for an inconvenience discount given their multiple errors & was offered a $100 gift card. When it arrived, it was only for $50. I called again & was told they had no record of the gift card & I’d have to call the store. Another phone call! I tried to explain the situation to the sales manager & was told he’d have to call me back because it looked like I had a $50 credit at another store. Upon calling me back he said the $50 credit would be added to my financing in one of the next two billing cycles. I asked how this credit appeared but he did not care to explain it & just said to call him if it didn’t appear. Before hanging up I asked if I could return the gift card & have it credited to my financing. He said gift cards can't be returned.
Two months and two billing cycles later the $50 credit was NOT applied. Needless to say, this is A LOT of time and effort for a mere 2% off my total bill. I have spoken to many mangers & customer service reps & no one is apologizing for the runaround or have even tried to make this right. Zero accountability. I’m appalled the customer service is so disjointed, there seems to be no one system being used. It shouldn’t be this hard.

Raymour and Flanagan is not what it was they have cut back on their furniture and give fake statements. I purchased a queen size sofa bed. It wasn't queen size like advertised I went to the store and they said it's almost queen size. It was no were near queen size. The leather pillows were leather on one side cloth on the other side. They wouldn't exchange it or take it back once it was delivered I asked for a better mattress and they said it would cost another 500 dollars. Just go to **** you will probably get better furniture at a better price
