      After 20 years of doing business with raymour and flanigan..will never buy again.
      Bought a 1600 dollar recliner..came in defective..sent a man to me who wanted to open the leather and try and restuff it..I said no..they called me back and said there was nothing they could do...too bad for me..buyers beware they are the worst..they are not who they once were ! I am appalled at their disgraceful attitude..why should anyone buy something expensive and need it repaired before you even sat on it...read the other reviews trust me they all say the same thing..DISGRACEFUL..

      If I could give this store/company a 0 rating I would. The company does not value any customer service at all. I have had 2 horrible deliveries which I had to refuse because the quality of the couches delivered were unacceptable. I was later told on the phone the company would "take care of me". I had to go pick out a new couch and spend double of what I originally wanted to spend on a couch. When the second delivery was taken out of my house - they damaged my dining room table. I was then told the claim was denied because there is no way the delivery driver damaged the table. The frustration caused by this company is unacceptable. The lies and fakeness from the salesmen and managers is disgusting.

      I would never recommend them. I purchased a living room set for $5000 2 years ago. I have had issues with it since day one. I was told I could get a replacement for the piece that had all the issues but it was never replaced. They waited until I was out of factory warranty and into my platinum warranty before offering me a credit which has all kinds of restrictions. I also have to pay a new delivery and extended warranty out of my own pocket. Again I have only owned this set for 2 years none of the problems were caused by us. Do not purchase anything from here. It will be a waste of your money. They do not care about the consumer at all and only there bottom line.

      I already wrote reviews on there website, Purchased leather furniture Oct of 2021 the leather is garbage after calls n emails they basically said you are screwed sent them pictures of the leather fading ripping and falling apart we had a set for 18 yrs and the leather stood up, bought a new set n it's disgusting to look at these, and want to throw them out but it's hard to throw away 7k we are older people no children or pets so there is no jumping or bouncing etc we will never buy from them ever again I want them to come pick them up and dump them themselves and at least make a very substantial offer for getting this crap out of my house

      This company rips you off for furniture and sells you junk then won't replace it. They basically stole the coffee table from me I paid for that was defective TWICE then the drivers refused to give me the new table I have financed with R&F. The managers refuse to do anything to rectify the issues or make good on their defective furniture and have continuously ignored my emails and calls to get furniture replaced or fixed. I now owe $1500 for broken furniture I don't have in my possession. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      Recently purchased and picked up a boxed wing chair. One of the back legs which had to be screwed into the base of the chair would not tighten in the correct position, angled to the back. We called the Brookfield CT customer service department who stated that there would be someone calling in “minutes”. No call was received. I called back and was told that an email or text would be sent by the “team” which would include an FAQ and next steps. It has been 4 days and no email, text, or phone call has been received. I will never buy anything from them again. I do not recommend anyone buying anything from R&F

      I purchased 2 bedroom sets & a living room set from raymour & Flanigan just to have them delivered to my house & realize just how POOR QUALITY they are! The fabric got discolored quickly & my daughter’s bed broke in a year. My daughter weighs 98 pounds. I purchased the insurance when I bought all the furniture & now I’m being told once my daughter’s bed is replaced, then that will void the 5 year insurance. I would NEVER recommend that anyone purchase furniture from raymour and Flanigan. Also, I purchased the platinum insurance from them to cover ALL my furniture & now they are telling me that I have to pay $166 to have a replacement bed delivered to my house. Even though the damaged, poor quality item is defective & insured, I have to now pay for delivery of a replacement bed. Why should I have to pay for delivery of an item that’s replacing a defective item. Raymour and Flanigan has EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM!!!!!

      **PREGNANT WOMEN**
      RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN WILL NOT ASSIST IN REPAIRS, IF PREGNANT.
      A bed was purchased 13 months ago, which was delivered and assembled by Raymour & Flanigan. The rungs of the bed gave out and the bed collapsed on my wife and I, while lying down. When calling to request the company assist in fixing the bed, I was told that it is 1 month past the warranty. I understood and asked to pay for the repair service, but, because my wife is 6 months pregnant, they would not fix the bed, as it would be a liability issue. The executive decision was made by Ms. V********* - Customer Care Coordinator. I would have to go to the local store and order new parts (unknown delivery time) and repair it.
      My wife volunteered to sleep on the couch for the remainder of her pregnancy, but was still denied. For now, we’ll sleep, on the mattress, on the floor, until our parts arrive.
      I was unable to find the Raymour & Flanigan’s written policy against pregnant women, or if Ms. V********* has denied similar requests for help.

      We purchase a ********* bed a little over a year ago. At the time of purchase, we were not told that the mattress and the adjustable base were two separate entities. If one or another has any problem we need to deal with it separately. I found this out two months ago when the adjustable base started to not work properly. I mean you spend over 8k on this thing you would hoping at least to have good services but nope! The base company is extremely difficult to deal with or even have anyone come out for service. They will make you try to fix it yourself first and ask you to purchase different parts that they think may cause the problem, but after all, it's still not working. I'm so regret we went with this. The time of purchase the salesperson will tell you all these wonderful things but not the negative part. The bed itself is comfortable but the base that comes with it breaks down on me times in a little bit over a year. Before you purchase a ********* bed make sure you realize all these things and buy an extended protection plan which we weren't told about.
      They will tell you it has 10-year warranty, BUT please realize that it's just the bed not the base, and the base breaks down easily. And they just told us that if the issue is with the mattress we need to contact the its manufacturer.

      Purchased ****** Loveseat and sofa in the last year. We are very unhappy with them, they are extremely hard and not compfortible. My issue is I have tried several times to write an honest review on thier website and the company refuses to post it (that is why there are so few bad reviews on thier website).
