      I have been dealing with an issue with Raymour & Flannigan for six months. I'm still waiting to have proof that the issue is completely resolved.

      They advertise free delivery and take away of old mattress. The store manager stated that if there are any stains on the old mattress we needed to buy a plastic cover. Our mattress had one small stain near the top so we purchased the cover and put it on before they came to deliver. They brought the new mattress in the house with a filthy plastic cover on it and left black marks on the walls and stair rail. Then refused to take our old mattress stating it was stained. I called the store and told them what happened. The manager stated they should have taken the old mattress and said she would call me back. Seven days later and no call back. We will never purchase or recommend ******* and ********.

      I think one star is being to generous!!! Raymour and Flanigan is trash!!!! Their customer service is ignorant - their product sucks - they don’t honor their warrant- at all. Don’t even bother purchasing product from there let alone a warranty that doesn’t hold up. They are a complete joke and disgrace to the retail industry. I purchased two sofas, one broke. However, the warranty that I purchased to protect damage was not honored. Never again will I walk through those doors after the way that I was treated.

      I purchased a dining table and chairs in 2022 and it arrived several months later. Almost immediately after receiving the table the top started to chip in several spots. I called within the warranty time frame and a technician came out to "fix" the table which was just coloring in the chips with a marker. We discussed our options with him and he told us since we opened the claim we can either get unlimited repairs or replace the table. Since the repair our table has chipped a lot more and I emailed about a replacement and they are now telling me I am out of warranty. I am extremely upset that I was sold a faulty product (that several other people have said also happened to theirs on the R&F website) and they are refusing to make it right. I was told I can get a replacement table and when I go to get that table they now tell me no. This business is awful.

      Purchased 2 sofas ( *********) 8 months ago
      The love seat after 6 months lost its color
      They came out and actually spray painted the sofa.( I could not believe that) they said stay off the sofa for 24 hours, fine I did and it will look as new they said.
      after the 24 hours it looked shiny and darker, terrible looking.
      Now after 2 months again all color is gone and looks like a 10 year old sofa,
      I called several times but now they are not returning to honor their warranty.
      After spending $5800 on 2 pieces, I will never purchase again from them,
      The sofa is holding its color, but obviously the loveseats leather has an issue.
      stay away from RF because they do not stand behind their warranty.

      Read their terms and condition before you buy!!
      If they ship you a defective product - you cannot decline or return - they will send you some to patch it!
      Like many other there is a mandatory arbitration clause with 30 days opt you - you didn't opt out, you cannot sue them.
      I left them this message:
      Your fat lawyers (I don't know if they are really fat or not but you know what I mean) just drove you out of a sale, I was a click away from a purchase, then I read your term set by your fat lawyers - They are unacceptable. (1) If an item arrived damaged you should replace it - period. (2) No mandatory opt in/out arbitration clauses. If I buy anything from you it will be because it is half price or less than any place else. Otherwise forget it. I'm only one person so you likely do not care - but I am going to publish this note on my ******** - I hope many more people will do the same - this is the only way you learn.

      Purchased a sectional on line after tons of research and knowing I wanted this one in the microfiber.the sectional got delivered and came in a chanille fabric which is horrible and not what the description said it was. After a four hour run around Raymour said not their problem and stated oh I’m aware of the issue we have had multiple complaints about the fabric but what you got is microfiber. I’m not stupid I know this is not microfiber they proceeded to state they will do nothing and it’s mine. The worst customer service I ever received “ Madison” customers know the difference between fabrics at least I do it’s Chanille. I will never shop at Raymour and digest before buying ask for a fabric swatch to avoid a 2000 dollar mistake.

      Bought a lift chair from Raymour & Flanigan where the motor broke in less than 2 years. The company took 2.5 weeks to send out a repairman to say the motor needs replacing. Another 2.5 weeks later was told they sent the wrong motor. Was told another 2 weeks later that they sent the motor to the wrong warehouse and there will be another delay. It is their Platinum Protection Plan that they are not honoring. i was on hold over 2 hours to try to schedule a repair that they canceled. The managers are afraid of hearing complaints for poor quality goods and service. The company will no longer answer the phone from my number or return phone calls. I just need the chair repaired or replaced for my husband with serious mobility issues.
      The chair is lacking in quality for integrity and longevity. The lack of service is deplorable.

      Well I would have done that set from winmore flanigan on their website. On the website it look like it was smaller. What would I actually got in the house? It was too big for my living space but I didn't realize this until after the delivery guys left. They had me sign something saying that I received the furniture in good condition. However, I did not receive the receipt for the furniture that I purchased. There was supposed to be email so I didn't know that I couldn't exchange or get a refund for the furniture. I reached out to the store and told him what the situation was and they refused to take the furniture back. Now I'm stuck with something that does not fit in my living space that's taking up my air and until I can get rid of it. I'm forced to live in the situation. I don't think it's fair when you spend over $500 for some furniture and you're not satisfied and you're a good customer, they should at least exchange it. I can't understand why this company does business like this

      I purchased a sofa and ottoman from raymour and flanigan told the sales rep size of my apt ie. door etc. she said it should be fine. The delivery folks arrived and said cannot fit very rudely and took the furniture. I called the sales woman she said I am sorry I should’ve told you if you pay extra 20.00 they will use the stairs. She then provided me with the another delivery guy whom works with RF who will ensure furniture will get in but for 350.00 I said I don’t have that. She said I will take off the delivery fee. The ottoman was scratched and dirt smudge I requested an exchange was told by the saleswoman the manager said no mind you I paid for insurance not even 24 hrs. They were trying to get rid of my claims by saying you have protection so just wait I said no I was told they will replace the leg reallly!!! I have not received a phone call or email to date. This is insane not even 24 hours and you do. It wish to replace it all of the sales reps are in on just making a sale. I first requested to pick up the furniture return it. I walked into the store a minority woman and I feel as if I were taking advantage to date all of the above occured 2 weeks ago they are stalling it’s very sad that these tactics are being used on customers. Clearly there are issues based on the reviews. The store is in queens metropolitan avenue
