    The owner JOSHUA L**** is selling broken game counsels then yelling about the return policy. Then didn’t abide by the return policy and threw the game system at my body and continued to scream and not do the exchange. Then grabbed his counter plastic board that people put up during Covid and ripped it off the table and threw it in intention to scare me. Told me to get out of his store and used profanity. He has a camera he pointed too saying it’s all recorded well please pull up his business camera for March 1st 2025 starting at 7:20pm I have recording starting at 7:24pm but his temper tantrum started as soon as I walked through the door. He is advertising relocating in Niagara Falls. Which I’m going to state this now he’s going to sell the broken systems to Canadians and then think it’s okay and ruin the reputation of legit and loyal stores. I am contacting the irs and state as well. Since his rules and exchange policy does not make sense and he’s not reporting his taxes based on my receipt

    Person who complained was told the return policy. "No cash back!" I offered an exchange of any item not to their satisfaction for same item and was denied the option by complaining party.(My Policy pic sent by complaining party also states very clearly) Ty

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
    I have a video that is not able to be attached to this to show how he was acting and screaming and not even looking to provide an exchange on a broken item that he sold. He said no refund but he did not comply to an exchange when I just made the purchase the day before

    BBB spoke to the business owner and the following was relayed: An exchange was offered and declined by this customer.  My sign (as shown in the pictures she attached) show there are no refunds and that I have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.  An exchange was offered and declined.  Nothing further is being offered.  Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  
     He was irate and unprofessional there is video footage proof of him throwing his sign from his counter him screaming and pointing his hand he was not looking to assist with anything when someone comes in with a broken item
