      **************** is horrible Nooo accountability Tell me they're doing me a favor by crediting account I was without service for all of *****.How is that a favor??!!I went through heck and charged a late fee bcuz I had to call to ask fir credits..even though I get texts all the time I'm out of service-it was interrupted Representative said if it's interrupted and not their fault..like ***** then they aren't supposed to issue credits *********** Can someone get me corporates number?I don't usually complain about service being interrupted all the time but now they're calling threatening to cut off my service ..when credits should be automatically applied GET BETTER Optimum

      Do not use optimum Suddenlink they do not care about you. They have zero customer service. The retention department doesnt care about your account. they lie, they mislead. There is zero accountability. If you have an issue with someone you speak to over the phone. They only use outsource customer service with very poor skills to articulate in a manner that you can understand. They lie and schedule service calls and never show up. Yeah if you no show them they charge you $35. Their associates claim is against their policy to give their name or employee ID number so that you can make a complaint against them. They lie and say a supervisor will call you back and no one ever calls you back, no one and 10 years has ever called me back. They tell you if you dont like their service, they take your business somewhere else. They are rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They treat you as if youre just an account number and easily replaceable. They only use third-party technicians to install or service your equipment. So no one could be held accountable at optimum/Suddenlink for poor technicians. They schedule technicians that never show up, that never call in advance. The technicians that do call, will let the phone ring only twice and then say no one was there. When the technicians do show up to service your house, they either only have broken equipment or no replacement equipment. One time I was out of ******** for three weeks, because once a week, a technician would show up without the proper equipment. This is far away the worst telecommunications company in *******, and I would recommend anyone reading this to switch to blue Peak for more reliable, faster ******** services at a better rate. Ill even take this review a step further, and say that as I file this complaint, no one from optimum/Suddenlink communications will contact me.

      I give them a 0 stars. The worst mobile and package of Internet and mobile together. They ripped me off with extra fees since I started using theyre service a few months ago. Ive been double charged without my knowledge. Their phone service is the worse. I move back to boost mobile and Optimum had the nerve to hit up my card again when I dont even have the service anymore. No less they tacked on an extra $15 more besides the original bill for service when I closed my service in the beginning of the billing cycle. The customer service representative always make excuses why your being charged over and over again. I closed my account down where they took the money from. Im fighting this, theyre 100% thieves. Dont ever use optimum. Ive been hit up with extra fees on both internet and phone service chargers.

      Not even one star. Paying for 3 lines and I only have one Phone. One was lost on Vacation and the other stolen. They also wont give me a new phone. Today I called to change the number and they declined me this also. Never once did they tell me I needs to go through apple to get insurance. But oh ; they just started to sell it now. I am furious with this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Everyone Run From this company. ***** get locked in and wont be able to find a way out.

      I visited the Soncy store in ******** for assistance with unbundling my services and to return the equipment for the services I wanted to discontinue. I was told that they can only do full cancellations in the store and that partial cancellations must be done by phone. I was provided with a phone number to call for assistance with the partial cancellation. I was able to return the equipment while in the store and was provided with a receipt for the returns. I left the store and immediately called the number I was provided with for the partial assistance. I spent almost an hour on the phone to remove the cable and phone (land line) services. I chose to only keep the internet service. On 06/14/24, I called the billing department to verify the amount that would be drafted from account now that I only have internet. The quote he gave me was substantially more than what I was told for internet only service when I made the changes on 05/31/24. I was advised that the system hadn't updated yet from the changes I made on 05/31/24 and that I would a text notification with the updated charge. I never received the updated text notification and they withdrew the full amount from account which amounted to a credit of approximately $254. Long story short, now two months later, I am still being charged for a land line that I have now called and cancelled 3 times since 05/31/24, each time talking with no less than 5 people over a total of an hour each time I called. I've spoken to so-called supervisors who have assured me that the issue is resolved. I just received my new statement and am still being charged for a land line that I don't even have the equipment to support! This company nothing but low-life crooks! Nobody can make them conduct business in an upstanding manner. They just get to do whatever they want without any consequence. Unfortunately since I live in a rural area, they are my only option for internet at this time. I actually give them 0 stars for customer service!

      My mom and I had no internet connection and or access on Sunday, August 4, 2024 between 9:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. This happened to us yesterday, Saturday, August 3, 2024. However, unlike yesterday, we did not receive a text message with any explanation from our service provider which is *******. We also made a complaint about ******* with the ****

      I cancelled my service today and they kept me on the line for 55 minutes and it was evident to me that they wanted to make it as difficult and inconvenient of a process as possible. I needed to speak with two different people, who both kept putting me on hold for 10-15min at a time in between a series of uncomfortable and aggressive sales pitches. Despite the fact that I cancelled on the second day of the month, they insisted that I still needed to be charged for the full months billing cycle which is over $250. Never dealing with Optimum/Altice again.

      This company has the worst customer service. I have visited the store three times and was on the phone countless hours trying to rectify my bill and fix the services I receive. They constantly try to sell you on new products you dont need. I had one issue and I have combined given up about 12 hours trying to resolve it. They add things to your bill without authorization so you have to check your bill every month. If I had another choice I would switch in a minute.

      They are the worst company to deal with. A service tech was working on the lines and disconnected our services because "they noticed an is***." Mind you, there was no is*** when they disconnected everything. The technician left, leaving my elderly mother with no phone!! That was on July 22nd. They told me they wouldn't be back to fix it until August 1st, after they had previously informed me it would only be a few hours! After calling them a few more times, they scheduled an appointment for July 25th. They never even showed up!!! I called them today, August 1st, to have them tell me that the technician canceled the appointment because it "wasn't an emergency", never notified us, and never rescheduled it! They said it was too late to send someone today (even though they had already had it scheduled.) I waited for the person I was speaking with to put his manager on the phone and he hung up on me! Probably because he didn't want to hear how this was their fault and they need to fix it. If my elderly mother dies from a medical emergency because she has no phone, I will *** them out of existence. If you can get a different provider, I highly suggest you do. After being a customer for 40 years, this is how they treat you. They're being destroyed by lazy workers.

      July 26th I woke to a knock on my door. Half awake I answer and its an executive from Optimum.He was polite but very aggressive trying to sell me on returning to the service. So much so that he lied stating that I would not be charged for equipment or service. All I had to do was sign and get the equipment.I told him I have no income and I am under the care of the head of house so I am not able to afford the service. I told him twice!But he scammed me into signing the digital signature and enrolled me anyway with me thinking differently!I thought it was a free digital box for local channels but when I got an e-mail bill I immediately called same day to cancel the order to not get charged and to cancel the shipment for the equipment. I thought I was successful but the next day (27th) I got an e-mail with order confirmation stating that the equipment shipped and showing me a bill again! THEY DID NOT CANCEL ANYTHING THE PREVIOUS DAY! I call again to try and figure out the issue on the 30th after getting an e-mail welcoming me to Optimum again. At this point the equipment is already here and I am now responsible for it even though I canceled the shipment. I end up going through 4 reps and every one of them are trying to sell me on the service. Very aggressive and soulless. The last rep finally said she canceled the service but said nothing can be done in terms of pick up for equipment. She gave me a scan label sent to e-mail for Fed Ex but **** loops Fed Ex packages. So my last option is to bring it to an office. I am in a low income family on disability. I have no income,no vehicles. I am supported by my elderly head of house. Today (August 1st) I finally got an e-mail stating they received my request to disconnect.They have called me everyday, multiple times trying to get me to stay a customer harassing me! They literally just called me typing this out AGAIN! The 3rd time today!!!!I will happily stay with T-Mobile even with the frequent outages.
