      Company will absolutely not respond to repeated calls and text messages when trying to cancel service. Changes in fees even when assured they will not. Email proof to show conversation.

      We are sorry that you have decided to close your merchant account. Your merchant account has only been billed as stated in your merchant agreement. Our customer care team did inform you that your account has been submitted for closure and this process can take up to 30 days per the agreement.

      Merchant has always had access to payments hub portal to review monthly statements and statement messaging. Per attached Sept 2023 rate increase was clearly detailed. As detailed in last BBB correspondence merchant account is closed. We ask that this BBB case also be closed.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
      For the thousandth time, I did not sign any contract with this business, and did not agree to any cancellation fee of $295. I request a refund in that amount.

      Payment showed up in a form of bill from infusion of 500+ when my bill has only ever been 195.00
      They are my processing company for credit cards.
      I stopped the payment.
      What they did was steal my money from daily income and took money out of my sales.
      They deposit money into my account the next day. They stopped doing that and I have not been paid in days. They are withholding my money. New York sates money.

      ******** has been billed only fees that apply to contract which ******** signed. ******** decided to block debits from his bank account. This has prevented processor from depositing daily funds and debiting fees. We have asked ******** to provide a bank letter stating account is able to accept credits and debits. ******** refuses. ******** can contact our customer care team at ************ with any additional questions.
