      Just installed a five-zone ********** system for our house. Richair has been an excellent partner and we would recommended them to everyone.
      Andy C*** was our sales rep, and he was patient, thorough, knowledgable, quick to respond, and low-pressure. Our installers, Delvin and Oleg (and their team), were competent, professional, great communicators, minimally intrusive, and respectful of our property. Overall, a great experience.
      We're excited about having our first summer with these in place. My gut feeling is that we've purchased a system that will serve us well for many years. Best of all, I feel confident that Richair is a responsive, customer-oriented company that will address any issues we have with it.

      Richair installed our 3 AC units and has been servicing them ever since. Karen in customer service is always friendly and helpful. LAN has been our technician recently and he does an excellent job. He checks all the units very thoroughly and gets them ready for summer. He is prompt, courteous and professional.

      **** did an excellent job conducting a site survey for a single-zone split air conditioning system on my second floor. If you're considering a split air conditioning and heat pump system, I highly recommend taking advantage of Richair's winter promotional pricing, available until the end of March. This is the second system Ive purchased from Richair. My first system, a three-zone unit for the first floor, was installed in 2021 and has been running flawlessly ever since!

      Richair installed my system 2 years ago and I have not had one problem with them or the system. The yearly maintenance visits are always handled professionally and promptly. Their service guys are very knowledgeable. Recommend to all!

      The Richair crew has been doing an outstanding job installing our new ********** mini-split system! We are upgrading the heating and cooling system for the entire building. Richair managed to get us a substantial rebate from the New York Clean Heat Program. Special thanks to Delvin, Angel, Pedro, Benjamin, Lan, Oleg et al. Everyone work hard, paying attention to every detail, and accommodating our schedules. Highly recommend!
