    I bought a torch from **** ***** over a year ago and it was defective. They had me send in the torch so they could "study it and figure out what was wrong" they said they would send me a replacement or the fixed torch. Couple months later I received a torch in the mail. It also did not work. I took several videos and corresponded with the company directly through email. They asked me to send the new torch back in. It's been several months and I never heard back from the company. I tried contacting this morning and was told that they're not sure what happened but they don't have any information and basically accused me of lying! I could have just written a bad review in the first place but I tried to contact the company and get it resolved. Unfortunately maybe because it's only a $25 issue they seem to not care about it or me as a customer. The lady on the phone basically asked me what model it was and for a receipt and it was bought over a year ago I don't remember the model number off the top of my head that does not make me a liar!
