My laundry card stopped working in the machines in late November 2022. I had just put $50.00 on the card. I called customer service several times and I was assured that the check was in the mail and they were going to send me a new laundry card. Well here we are in early February 2023 and now they tell me that they have no information about my refund and that someone will call me within 48 hours. Of course no one has called. I haven’t been able to wash my clothes in the washing machine or dry them in the dryer because they are holding up the money I budgeted for this expense. It’s very frustrating and I’m at the end of my rope!!! Can someone help me get my refund and new card that they promised me????Business Response

I have done everything that the customer service representative asked me to do and when I inquire about my issue all I get is a run around from the company. I have not been able to wash my clothes for 3 months now because the company is holding up the money that I have budgeted for this service. Is there anyone who can see how wrong this situation is??? I also have been waiting for 2 months for this company to call me because that is what the representative said after she sent an email to the company. Funny how see can reach the company but there is no way for me to call them! I’m tired of the run around and I’m tired of wearing dirty clothes.

I could not get my card to work so I called your company to let them know that I just got the code to add the $50.00 to my card but my card was not working. I did everything that the representative told me to: send the card back to you and they would refund me . So I’ve been waiting for three months for you to refund me the $50.00 from my debit card. CSC provides my development with washers and dryers. It has been over 10 days since our washer and dryer has not worked. We put a repair ticket on their website and no one has come to the building to make necessary repairs.Business Response

We have requested service for their washers and dryers. No response whatsoever! This is a reoccurring issue with this company with our other properties too. A coin collector (differs from a service technician) attempted to collect the coins from the machines at it was noted on the account the coin box was jammed. The laundry room was locked at the time, and machines pulled out. A resident stated the machines had been this way since the freeze earlier in the month. there was not a maintenance person on site. The collector dropped the bag in the vault. When he comes back to unload, he will take the bag back out next week. See attached image.
On 2/15/2023 a service technician was on site (********* ****) and serviced the following machines:
313-HFK: hooked up drain hose after repairing into drainpipe; hooked inlet hose to washer; flushed water lines; cleared screens on mixing valve
312-HFK: plugged machine into outlet; hooked up inlet hose; cleared screen on mixing valve
311-HFK: put drain into drain pipe, flushed water lines
310-HFK: hooked up hoses; flushed sand from the pipe; ordered new valve & adaptor
We apologize for the extended period of time the equipment was down. Prior to this service request the machines were last called in on 10/12/2026 (a part for machine was ordered) and serviced on 10/26/2022.

Cscsw laundry services were secured for our complex of several hundred families. The system has been questionable from the initial installations, the website is not functioning in some cases does not acknowledge the locations of the appliances listed in the CSC location services.
The machines are often in disrepair week after week. We have requested termination of this service. To no avail.
We do not recommend securing contract of this company. Many persons have not received services after payments have been taken for use of the appliances. Do not recommend the use off this company.
When you call for resolution, in some cases they simply disconnect your call.
There are no supervisors nor is there a corporate contact.
Seems very similar to a scam or unfair deceptive business practice.Business Response

On 1-10-23 I was charged $60 for rental of equipment and the delivered equipment was not operating correctly. Requested an exchange made wait for 2 weeks for that to happen and then replacement equipment also did not work. Csc has been aware of several issues with their machines and after contacting them I was offered a refund that I never received. The problem arises when the operators refuse to process a claim and state that there can't be anything done for the client. This is stealing.Business Response

Based on the account records and call review, the live agent made you aware of CSC refund policy. Residents must report lost funds within 1-2 business days of losing the funds and the report must be associated with a service request for verification. We do not authorize for mass refunds over a span of time. If you are unable to call our customer support line to request a refund, the CSC Go application (if card was utilized) can be utilized or our online portal. here is the link: *************************************. The online form is for minor refunds for one broken machine at a time. Large refunds requested online with no information about how the money was lost are not able to be approved. Any time money is lost in one machine, you may use the online form within two business days or the CSC Go application, if possible. If two or more machines are used, please call us at ###-###-#### to report the machines and request a refund.
CSC cannot meet your desired resolution of $28.00 refund. As a resolution to your concern, CSC offers a one-time customer courtesy refund of $10.00. Please advise if you accept this offer.

This is the second week in a row I've lost money in this machine. The change slot on this dryer needs to be replaced. On 12/31/22, I lost $4.50 because the dryer would never start after I put $1.50 in it. After the last $1.50 the change slot got stuck. However, it been repaired but the issue still exist.
I'm paying $3.00 everytime I dry one load. The dryer only runs for 1 cycle but charges for two. I'm demanding a refund of $7.50 for the money I lost today but I'd also like for your company to replace the change slot on this machine. As a resolution to your concerns, a $7.50 refund check has been submitted. Please allow 10-12 business days for the check to get processed, mailed and delivered by USPS. A confirmation was sent to you as well.
Regarding the change slot, most likely the slot experienced a jam, due to the coin slot being full, causing your coins not to register. There is a set schedule for the coins to get picked up (agreed upon with ******** ****** ********** in contract), and if filled before then, this may happen. A technician tested the coin slot on 1/11/2023 with $1.50 and it rested OK. We apologize for this issue. You may reach out to your property management for assistance in requesting a more frequent coin collection.
Keep in mind: Residents can report lost funds within 1-2 business days of losing the funds and they must be associated with a service request for verification. I have given this company multiply opportunity to fix all their machine as they are coming worst and worst. As someone living in there apartment for the past 10 years. We kept having the same issue over and over again. I have reported multiply times that these machine need to be replace and need to stop being repaired. We meaning the entire apartment is tired of going down stair to a non working machine. This is unfair treatment to their customer. Based on the account records, CSC has continuously met its contract agreement with **** **** ********* and responded to all service request placed within the past 300 days within 4 business days, unless there were multiple requests within the area at a time, and it took 6-7 business days.
The most recent service request where all machines on property were checked was 1/23/2023. The service request was initially placed on 1/20/2023.
Regarding the matter of machines being replaced, CSC is unable to replace machines on site unless requested by the authorized account holder/property management. there is currently not a request in place. The machine(s) on site is what were ordered by management, and likely intended to be kept for an extended period of time. CSC will continue to meet contract agreement and respond to any and all service request placed in the meantime for faulty machine. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, if equipment is continuously breaking down. We advise you to speak with property management regarding this concern.
If there are currently malfunctioning machines on site, please provide the machine ID number and describe the error each machine is experiencing. Our team will submit a new service request on the account for you.

I am filing this complaint for my son ( ****** ******* who Lives a* *********** ******** at ** ******* ****** *** ********** ** *****). He Travels for his Job ( he can be gone a week or 2 weeks at a time) and received a email from the management office that they are no longer using this laundry company. He has $30 on this Card, so he only home on the weekends and the company is closed to speak w anyone. So I have contacted them to get a refund. So they tell me you only have 48 hours to get a refund?!?! And he is well past his time - so they are not issuing him his money back. Mind you - my 94 year old mother had the same company 2 years ago w a $50
balance on her laundry card (**** *******) and they came up w some story about why they would not refund her either... How terrible is this that we are in this world where companies are withholding our hard earned money when we are working hard to make it. They should not be allowed to keep the money under any circumstances.

2 machines weren't working, they both took my money. On the phone, they tell you through an automated prompt that you can request a refund online. However, if you try to go online to request a refund it does not work. It tells you to go download their app and request a refund there. If you download their app and request a refund, it also doesn't work! When I called to get a refund, they told me I had to do it within 1-2 days of my money getting stolen by their machine and because it had been 4-6 days past when the machine took my money, they could no longer give me a refund. They said it was on their Terms of Service, but I checked their Terms of Service and it does not say that anywhere. I want my $4 back, and I want this company to provide it's customers with an efficient and working way to request a refund because currently this issue with not being able to request a refund on their apps or online has been an ongoing issue for several months and they have done nothing to fix it!Here are there Terms and Conditions: ***************************************Business Response
