      A little over two months our apartment complex decided to replace there vendor who manages our equipment in the laundry room that also has an app. To where you could add money and scan the machine number to start it. We now have a new vendor and I have ask for a refund and cancelled my account as stated in the app it's been over 2 months and 3 phone calls to them and all I get is they sent an e-mail to the refund **** and will get back to me but never do, they owe me $54 and I don't know how to get my money back what a Scam.

      We are truly sorry you were not given the information provided in our initial response during your 3 calls with a CSC agent. The information given to you by our BBB team was received by our CSC payment application support team. It's possible our customer service agents, did not have access to that information, in order to give detailed information as to why the request did not go through the app, initially. We are sorry for the miscommunication.

      Due to the address no longer being registered in our system (as we no longer provide services), we are unable to send a refund via check. At your earliest convenience, please change the card on file, to one of the card numbers previously mentioned that would be acceptable for the payment to get fully refunded.

      I cant put a previous card back on this  account because it was hacked, but I have placed my current card back on the app that is the one that replaced my old card with the same bank, please tell me csc can bring this to an end I dont want to communicate with any company who treats their customer this way, how hard would it have been to add me back into your file to send the check? I have given CSC every opportunity to resolve this Ive reached the end of my patience and wonder how many other customers did not get there refund? Very disappointed in the way I was treated.

      This is a laundry service @ a retirement rv park. The washers have 8 slots for quarters BUT their app is charging $2.25 instead of $2. I’ve made several phone calls & sent emails. Worthless & NO HELP! “Hector” was the last person to actually speak with. He may as well told me I was a liar. I’ve sent pics of the washer slots & everything.

      It was verified you have the *** Go app installed, as every user has to have the app downloaded on their phone to utilize the laundry resource. You have not created an account within the application and are utilizing "account-less QuickPay". there is a $.025 fee for this resource. 

      During your laundry process, and before completing a purchase, you will see the fee distinguished. You will also see clear messaging and links to help create or sign into a *** GO account to pay without fees.

      As a resolution to your concern, we advise you to create a *** Go account and fund your wallet so you will no longer incur the fee. If you do not want to create an account and wish not to pay the $.025, please utilize coin. 

      We cannot assist further with this claim. We hope this information helps, and again, apologize for the inconvenience.

      My apt complex has had nothing but issues with this company handling our washers and dryers. They rarely come out to take care of issues reported. Today, one machine was so full, the coins barely registered. The other machine ate the coins and got stuck and wouldn't register. I finally got the other machine to get unstuck, after using some force to start. However, the front loader, is beyond full of coins. The two pods of laundry detergent also did not get very sudsy. That tells me something is wrong with the machine. The company fails to service their machines and when I went to report the machines, they said a ticket already existed for one of them, but the other wasn't registered. I had to go find it manually, and they don't even have their machines that are assigned to us, updated properly. It still has the old ID. These machines do not work and do not wash our clothes that well. I have wasted $3.00 today doing laundry. To pay $2/load to wash and $1.75/load to dry, we should have machines that WORK. They lowered one machine to $1.00, which is a miracle, but it still doesn't work the best. This company is only concerned about s******* their customers over for profit, not caring about the machines being fixed and they have had numerous complaints from our complex. What will it take for them to either get in shape and take care of their customers, or go out of business? They even called the landlord stating the sales have gone down. Well, that's because you don't have machines that work. This company is a FRAUD and clearly needs to be investigated by the federal government and all state related agencies.

      I'm spending two to three times the amount on laundry do to washing machines that don't work. This is an ongoing problem and l have to constantly transfer semi-wet clothes from one machine to another. I've reported these issues several times along with refund requests to no avail.       After purchase of the property, the property is managed by **** *** **********, located in ****** ***** **. The property management company picked up the coins, so we had NO idea of any contract with CSC.

      In 2021 When doing refinance, the preliminary report mentioned about CSC having a lien, so I requested property management to request CSC to relieve us of the lien as it must be an old issue, and CSC is NOT involved in the current laundry machines. Obviously this did not progress and the issue went to sleep.

      Mar 2022 - THE GORILLA CSC WAKES UP WITH REVENGE

      Until Mar 2022, as owner, had NO IDEA about anything to do with CSC and our washing machines. Then the TROUBLES STARTED with an invoice dated 3/24/2022, customer number ******, asking us to pay 5,403.24. CSC WAKES UP OUT OF HIBERNATION AND STRETCHES ITS REACH TO BULLY AND STEAL WITHOUT COLLECTING or doing anything for YEARS, AND EVER SINCE THE GREED AND HUNGER TO CHEAT, STEAL and RUIN INNOCENT FOLKS LIKE US HAS BEEN NON STOP –THIS CONTINUES TO GROW EVERY MONTH by 117.12. AMAZING THEY STILL DO NOT DO ANYTHING BUT ARE GEEDY AND SELFISH FOR WHAT IS NOT THEIRS.

      I have BEGGED because as NORMAL HUMANS we cannot fight the BIG CORPORATIONS and AFTER PLEADING *** ***** local sales rep agreed to waive the fees if we sign a new agreement, and so we signed new agreement with *** *****, and he promised the new machines with in 4 weeks. MONTHS GO BY AND CANNOT REACH *** *****, and NOTHING FROM CSC EXCEPT MORE BILLING.

      The existing machines failed and our TENANTS ARE SUFFERING … LEAVING US IN DOLDRUMS – CANNOT INSTALL NEW MACHINES because we signed contract with CSC.


      I BEG YOUR HELP FOR RESOLUTION:

      OPTION 1:
      LEAVE US ALONE. WITH DRAW YOUR BILLING and we part our own ways.

      OPTION 2:
      WAIVE ALL THIS BOGUS BILLING DUE, and INSTALL THE NEW MACHINES with phone pay in the next 24 hours.

      They was referred by our rental agency so we decided to give them a try. There was about a 2-3 week wait for them to deliver the product which came today and they took money from our account when we placed the order. They delivered a broken washer and a dirty dryer. We contacted them immediately only to be told that there was nothing they can do for us. We asked them to come back and pickup their broken product and was told we would have to wait at least 10 days which is unacceptable because I can go to another reputable place to buy one only there is no place to put it. Asked for a refund and was told they don't give them until they pick up the product but yet took our money before delivery. This company is very fraudulent in my opinion and is stealing customer money and using our place as a storage facility which is unacceptable

      I am a former customer renting a unit at **** **** ***** ***** ********* ** ****** The management company required that tenants lease washers and dryers from Appliance Warehouse which I did start in April 2021.
      I moved out of that apartment and arranged with Appliance Warehouse to pick up the washer and dryer on 8/17/22 but I am still being charged $52.91/month for September, October, and November, and information on my account has another deduction in that amount from my account on 12/9/22.
      I have spoken to customer service twice since August about returning the appliances and terminating my account, so these withdrawals are NOT ACCIDENTAL! I talked to a customer service representative on 11/29/22 who informed me that the pick-up was canceled on 8/19/22. I absolutely did NOT do that but I did speak with the company on the 18th when the driver called to cancel for some reason. Since I was on my way to Pennsylvania, I contacted the on-site rental management company and they agreed to accompany the driver to the unit to let him in on 8/19/22. I confirmed those arrangements with the driver, himself, and I never got a call that the 8/19/22 pick-up was canceled and I certainly didn't cancel it.
      The woman I spoke to on 11/29/22 said she was going to investigate further and call me back. As of this moment - 2 days later - crickets!
      I am demanding that these withdrawals cease IMMEDIATELY and I want an IMMEDIATE refund of the $158.73 I was charged for September, October, and November 2022.

      I have not received any correspondence from the company.
      They say they are investigating the situation. There is nothing to investigate. I arranged for the appliances to be picked up in August when I moved out of my apartment. I made arrangements with the management company to let them in when their driver contacted me to say he couldn't pick it up on the designated day. They had my number if there was an issue but no one every called.
      They have still not refunded the charges from September, October and November and have not responded to requests for information from ***** ******
      I am still demanding a full refund.

      Upon partnering with the supervisor of residential collections, the following was determined: A pick-up was attempted twice. It was confirmed there were not any units in the apartment. The billing stopped due to the customer's account being referred to an outside collection agency on 2.28.23. You were informed that there was not equipment in the apartment, and advised our Appliance Warehouse you were going to get in touch with the leasing office and reach back out. A follow up call was not received. It was confirmed, you disputed the last three payments with your credit card company. Those payments were successfully reversed back on to the credit card. 

      At this time, the current balance and equipment replacement cost was sent to an outside agency. For further assist, you will need to contact the agency to resolve. 

      Appliance Warehouse cannot further assist with your account status.

      You never contacted me to advise that your incompetent pick-up people did not pick up the washer and dryer at the specified time. Now you are saying that on two separate occasions, the appliances were not in the unit. You say this has been referred to an outside agency that never contacted me. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. 

      Your responses to the BBB repeated the same thing over and over again with no action on your part and now your are questioning my integrity and insinuating that I stole the appliances.

      I want an apology and I want any reference to an outside agency to be withdrawn. I also want the name of that agency, which you are too incompetent to name. I want the name of that agency, the website, and telephone number. I also want the name of the person who wrote the above response to the ******** Better Business Bureau and the name of the person who wrote all those other responses that were carbon copies of each other.

      Our laundry (******* ****** ********** **) has been unserviced for months. We constantly are going to other floors to do laundry because the machines are not draining and attracting cockroaches, the machines will routinely accept the laundry card & then not actually go through the whole cycle. We pay $2 to wash and $2 to dry. That adds up. The "request for a refund" on their website is such a farce. I've filed numerous times over the course of the 15 months we have lived here, but the washers taking my money and literally not doing ANYTHING has been the last straw.

      I've written to the BBB a couple of times under my husband's name, but have gotten nothing as a response. Not sure where to go from here if you continue to not respond. Again, there is running water attracting cockroaches. I feel like this issue should be resolved.

      Upon partnering with the Field Service manager for OR, we received information regarding your case. The team is planning to respond to the issues, which includes a service
      replacement on a washer, and replacing the Go with Mobile Pay with coin
      support this week. Our records indicate majority of service request are submitted by you. According to
      the tech, this resident will often create cases as soon as the tech leaves the
      site.  Before Go, we had traditional Change Point/LPOS. An upgrade was requested, so we switched to CSC Go. The authorizer did not like the system, and requested CSC Mobile Pay. This could be tied to
      any technology that is matched with new format ******, in this case ******** *******.  A service manager has been on site and seen out of order signs on machines only to find very little issues aside from the single washer needing replaced. CSC will run all machines after the PT conversion and will report back to our team the
      status once completed.

      hello just for your information I am the main complainer directly to your company but just speak with on site manager of complex to hear about the other thousand complaints. Since we have not had enough time to see if the machines work correctly I cannot shut this case down. One of the workers here said that 2 machines are still down.Also I am still waiting on a refund for around $7 that Ihave called on 3 times.

      As it relates to your refund concerns, our system, shows your previous $7.25 is in review status. Our team has submitted a new one, which will automatically process. Please allow 10-12 business days for the refund check to get processed, mailed and delivered by USPS. It may be a slight delay to the holiday season. See attached.

      My clothes are soaking wet. Both washing machines are broken. In addition my clothes are stained with detergent.
      I was advised to call in for refund and damage claim.
      At this time, I haven’t received a refund or reimbursement of my ruined items.
      They advised me to contact customer service
      Customer service says I need to contact app support
      I spoke with representative ******
      And Supervisor ****** who advised a manage would call me back in 24 hrs

      Videos of machinery is available

      Transactions from 10/27/22
      I had to dry my clothes 6 times that’s how wet they were
      Refund still not given for bad wash service
      Transactions from 11/06/22
      Used different machines same result
      Had to rewash my clothes a second time and also dry multiple times just to find detergent stains all over my clothing
      So ultimately all 4 machines 17, 18, 19, 20 are owed a refund and a damage claim is applicable. But speaking to customer support lacks so much service and professionalism
