      This company is the worst. Machines never turns on after charging my account. I have ruined many clothes after putting them in the washing machine with detergent on them and the machine doesn't start. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. On the rare occasion when you can actually reach customer service, they lie about crediting your account and tell you they sent a service agent out to fix the problem when they don't do anything. 0 stars.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ON ANY LEVEL!!!!!I can't even give this company a 1 star. I have lost so much money without any refund. If you use the app, it's incorrect if the machines are being used or not. The app can say, it's unavailable when it IS available. These machine use very archaic software. Do yourself a favor and go do your laundry at a local laundromat.

      When the service works, its great. But the room service goes down often and is down for weeks at a time. Meaning we have to go to the bank and get quarters to pay. But it often happens and we don't realize it until it's too late to go to the bank. Multiple washers and dryers are broken for weeks at a time, the machines eat our quarters. It's extremely inconvenient.

      This washer service SUCKS!!DO NOT utilize them in your bldg or household. They break down more than they are in use. It takes over 45 minutes to get ahold of a agent to put in a complaint. Then it's H*** to obtain a refund. And the supervisor ****** is Rude!!

      i live in *********************************** ******* ** and we pay this company to use there washers and dryers we have 6 broke washers and dryers called them for 2 months no one has ever come out, I hope we can find a new company soon , this company just doesn't care

      I've rented an electric washer and gas dryer from this company for about 1 yr now things went well until I needed to move and schedule a pick up and move with them. This means I needed them to pick up the equipment I was currently renting and then receive new equipment to my new address. On delivery day I never got a notice email, call or text saying when they would be out I had to go to my account to find the **** The guys arrived I took them to the area where the equipment would go and immediately before he could even get into the room he was already moaning about not being sure they would be able to do the job, saying we needed a 3 prong outlet which was clearly there in front of him that I pointed out. He said it was not the right one and the room was not set up for a gas dryer I showed him the connection for the gas dryer and the vent and all the same setup I had at the old property was the exact same here at the new property. He then said he would need to call the manager to see what they wanted him to do, not even 10 seconds after him leaving out the front door he comes back in and says they don't install gas dryers and they would have to have the manager send out someone that does. I called the company stayed on hold for about 45 mins before speaking with anyone and after going through the whole story was told someone would send a email with a new delivery date for the equipment. Ive now been given a story that this company does not provide gas dryer because the *************** does not supply them. Nevermind I had a gas dryer installed from this exact same company. ******** goes on to say, well theres not much more we can do, if you want a washer we can deliver that but we dont have gas dryers. This would have been nice to know ahead of time when scheduling however I believe there has to be a huge misunderstanding because ****** has plenty of gas appliances and for him to say ****** is not certified for gas appliances is crazy.

      This is one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever come across. They manage the washers dryers in my building that are over priced and ALWAYS breaking. It can take up to a week every time they break. They never clean or take care of the machines. I am so disappointed with the quality of the machines and the service is so incredibly bad. My laundry is at the mercy of this company I am fuming. I wish I could give zero stars.

      I have called several times every time i have called i was told my refund was issued. It has been almost 3 months. last time i called in a lady told me someone would reach out to in 24 hrs. that has been over a week ago. when you call some customer agents are quite rude. i had a rude supervisor. Other times no supervisor has called me back. one did but left a message. I have been told that the only way to contact the company is through the automated system. Hold times are horrible. They use covid as an excuse. So I am letting everyone know you are more likely not to get a refund. I have also been told it would take 7 to 10 business days or up to 20 business days. Horrible customer service, horrible business. They also keep apologizing but is done

      Firstly, I would like to report there I'd zero customer service to rectify my issue or losses. I rent privately and contacted this business 2 days ago. There machine apparently shuts off at 9pm and locks laundry in their washing machine to mold overnighy. I videoed my losses. 1 set of King 78$ Cosy House bamboo sheets, 1 Victorian white king ******** I am a long hauler with extreme skin sensitivities and have been allergy tested. Everyone is allergic to mold. I am allergic to 7 of 11 tested molds. No resolution. No contact back. Priceless loss.

      Would give 0 stars if possible. This company is a joke. The app to use their machines never works properly and this has turned laundry into a nightmare. I have to sign in, then log out, then resign in, then close all apps, then resign in to get any of the machines to work. Then their support staff in the app can't actually do anything when I submit a ticket in the app, so I have to resubmit a ticket all over again.They turned a 1 to 2 minute process of starting a washing machine into a 15 minute + ordeal. Often, I can start the washer, but then suddenly they're unable to find my account 45 minutes later when it's time to rotate my clothes to the dryer. Why bother being in business if you're this incompetent? Extremely unsatisfied and I have no idea why any apartment complex would choose to do business with them.
