      Worst company ever. Here at century village not giving service and nor returning money to the elderly and people that go through trouble with the machines in a weekly basis. They should withheld their permits and open a case in court against them. Enough is enough.

      The date of my latest appointment 1/30, no one showed up. When I logged into the ********* ********* website the morning of 1/30, there was a time of 3:15 – 5:15 pm. When I logged in after lunch, there was no record for my confirmation number. I called this afternoon at 4:45 and was told the person would find out the new date and call me back. I did not receive a call back.
      This repair process began on 12/13 when I originally requested service. That date was postponed twice. Someone showed up on 1/12 and replaced the washer. I was told the dryer vent needed to be cleaned. My apartment management arranged for the vendor they use for vent cleaning and I was told the vent is clean, because they clean them regularly. They said something was wrong with dryer and advised me to stop using it immediately. The ********* ********* employee who was here on 1/12, apparently did not want to replace both appliances. Now it is almost February and I still do not have appliances I can use. The nonexistent customer service provided by ********* ********* makes me very unhappy that I have rented appliances from this company. At this point, I would like for the washer and dryer to be picked up so I can rent from another company. It appears the employees do not show up for the service appointments and when they do, they are less than thorough.

      This is **************************************************. Our management has called for repairs on these washers for the last 4 months. The technicians lied and said they came out because we called and said why haven't they come out and they said they did come out and fix them. The technicians are liars, they have no pride in their work ethic and this is a travesty. I am supervisor I called the corporate office and talk to a supervisor and finally they had somebody come out. Every single washer and dryer was broke we have about five washers and about eight dryers or so. The technician I spoke with him he promised he was coming back the next day it's been 3 days he has not been back. I tested every single washer and three of the washers still are broke and one of the dryers button is broke when the door opens sometimes it doesn't stop rotating and you can get your arm broke. I guess I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow again. But I have to say the supervisor did help me and he did make them come out here and I'll tell you what I never seen a bunch of lion lazy technicians in my life they they all need to be fired if they lie!!!!! Children here there's women and children here that had didn't have laundry for 4 months and I can't go anywhere because I have torn ACLs to go do my laundry somewhere else this was a travesty!!!!

      This company is very shady and unscrupulous. They charge you monthly however if you need a repair scheduled, per customer service, its common practice for the technicians to not call and never show. There is no escalation department and no compensation for your time or monies spent. The machines are outdated and the company is based in a different state. I definitely would avoid this company at all costs as they will charge you for out of date non-functioning equipment and do little to nothing about scheduling and actually repairing the inferior subpar units.

      I have no idea how this company is still in business. I have never encountered a more poorly ran and operated business in my life. I didnt know my apartment didnt come with a washer and dryer and that I had to rent one so I chose the first company my complex told me about. Ive rented my washer and dryer from appliance warehouse for 2.5 years simply out of complacency. They only provide maintenance and service two days a week and if the driver doesnt get to you that day you have to reschedule and wait two weeks or more. Ive had multiple occurrences where my washer broke and had standing water in it but the driver couldnt seem to make it out to my place two weeks in a row. Now Im finally moving out and scheduled a pickup of my equipment to finally be done with the place. I waited around all day but the *** window kept being pushed back. I called customer service at 5pm to make sure the driver would be there since I will not be living at my apartment after the weekend and the caller assured me that he would be there before the end of the day. I called again at 6pm and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told by a customer service rep that the driver just ended his route even though I was still waiting and they would have to reschedule my pickup for next week after my lease has ended and I have moved out. Hopefully my leasing office will allow this. I asked for my stop to be placed at the top of the route list since its been rescheduled and I wasnt notified of my stop just being dropped and I didnt want to be charged for another month since its entirely their fault and I will not be living there. The call girl just said shed see what she can do. This company is frustrating and lies to its customers. Rent appliances from literally anywhere else.

      I attempted to reload my wallet with $30 through the app. The first two attempts resulted in an error and did not go through, nor did they reload my wallet. The third attempt was successful. Upon checking my bank statement, CSC Serviceworks had charged my card all 3 times for a total of $90.It took weeks to get in touch with someone at the company for refund. I was finally promised a refund and told that they would contact me if there were any issues. Two weeks went by with no contact from CSC Serviceworks and no refund. I emailed again and was told that I needed to get my bank involved as there was no way for them to issue my refund. Completely embarrassing that a company isn't capable of issuing a refund in this situation. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

      If I really tell you what I think, my comments would be censured! However, this is the worst of the worst. Originally used their app to do laundry. App disappeared from my phone along with the money on the account. Contacted by phone since app didn't work and was told I had to use the app to resolve the problem. Stated the app and money had disappeared; repeatedly told I would have to use the app. Obviously not even 1 working brain cell. After several days, the app reappeared. Happened twice. Oct 09,2022 I tried to put money on the app; would not work. I tried several times, then gave up, Looked at my bank statement, CSC took 4x $5.00 ($20.00) from my bank account; credited me with only $15.00. Immediately sent email requesting $5.00 refund ( already knew phone call would be a disaster). Waited several weeks. SURPRISE! No response. Another email. Again no response after another month. Jan 13,2023 I tried to update credit card info on the app and I kept getting "invalid" response. Gave up and called. Told the woman I had 2 problems and explained them. She promptly hung up on me and returned me to the "waiting" que .Called BBB. After I talked to BBB I looked at my bank account. $5.00 deducted and returned three times. Don't EVER use this service. Minus 10 stars!!!

      we are homeowners at holiday ************* and its been 6 months and csc just decided to replace washer after water spilling each time washer is used very bad customer service

      I live in a building of senior citizens with CSCGO laundry service TERRIBLE they electroicly shut down all the washers and dryers leaving senior citizens with no way to do laundry.a very disgusting way to treat seniors

      If I could do no stars I would. Been out of a washer and dryer for 2 months. They dont turn on at all. They refuse to fix them or pick them up. They keep taking the monthly pay even though they dont even work. The supervisors never call back or answer the call 99% of the time.
