      I have been trying to get money returned for both a washer and dryer that didn't work since November 1st 2022.It's almost 2months. I have called 6.times and also sent an email. The second person I spoke with said the refund was sent out on November 1st. It never came. Since then a representative said that they would send out a refund immediately. Now I get messages that they are investigating. I'm convinced they never sent out the refund to begin with. The machine's are constantly out of service. One is broken down for at least 4 months. Right now there are at least 20 machine's out of service. This doesn't seem like a reputable company!!!

      Definitely a scam, they wont send refunds for broken machines, they wont explain why and you cant send them a message to their email because it doesnt exist!You also arent allowed to edit your account because it freezes. Really just need our money back because we cant even afford to use the machines that do work.

      Scam! Stole $15, never gave me credit for laundry. App Refund form doesnt even work. Super long wait on phone, still waiting. Give me my money back!

      Out of six washing machines only three have been working for the past three months. Since they installed the new app so you can pay with you phone, I've gotten cheated out of $30.00 and the timers don't work. Some mashines give you 17 minutes of wash time, some 22 minutes and none give you the 35 minutes like they used to. CSC Serviceworks is a scam. They know it and won't do anything. Everyone should file a complaint with the ****** and the ************************

      I'm on a rent to own plan with Appliance Warehouse, Texas for a year now. They had the BEST prices of anyone on new Whirlpool Set. monthly payments, prompt courteous delivery, convenient pay on app that has not failed me.
      Couldn't ask for more and highly recommend APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE!

      After eight years of no problems with the previous repair company, they took down our machines because they couldn't fix the payment processing for three weeks. Then, a month later, left it down for several more days. It took them two months to process a refund. They are total garbage.

      CSC appears to be a scam. I have reported non operating machines in our laundry room at The On Top Of The World 55+ community in *********** ** several times with no results. Tried reporting problem to our Administrative Center and was told "it's not our problem, tell CSC about it". When I attempt to report the problem to CSC with the machine ID number required, their "system" tells me "there is no such machine". I have lost money in these machines with no way to get a refund. My next option is to file a complaint with the State Attorney General against CSC for what seems to amount to theft. I am also very disappointed with The On Top Of The World administration for allowing such shoddy practices victimizing their residents to continue.

      Having dealt with this company across multiple states, I have to say, they are by far one of the most negligent companies I have ever encountered. At present I am living in an apartment complex which has roughly 25 washers and 30 dryers. Over half of the washers are broken and about 1/3 of the dryers that I know about and have reported. I have reported each broken machine multiple times over the last 2 years, and most of the same ones are still broken or they have caught fire. Yes, at least 7 machines have caught fire. I have reached out multiple times to them in nice ways, funny ways, angry ways, and scary ways via their app, website, email, and phone number. I even got in touch with someone in marketing who escalated the information and I have proof of it in a series of emails. Nice guy, probably thought I was too nuts to save an email. The laundry room is about 10 feet from pool chemical storage on one side and about ************************************************* it. It is attached to the office of the apartment complex and I am amazed that they do not have more self-preservation given that they stuck notes to the fiery machines saying they had to stop it due to a fire. We are in a state with a high fire risk and in a city, so if this place goes up, it'll make national news before it is done and there will be a body count. And yes, I have contacted my rental insurer, they have my communications on record in case they need to *************** or CSC for negligence if this place ***** down and it spreads. Imagine taking on ******************* lawyers if dead kids are added when someone literally said "there are flammable pool chemicals and children and here are the names, dates, and communications showing they knew and did nothing." At this point, criminal negligence charges could be filed if someone gets hurt because 2 years is too long to let a fire hazard go unchecked.

      This company is a joke! They NEVER WORK BUT THE SISTEM WILL ALWAYS TAKE YOUR MONEY! I lost already more than 30.00 dollar adding and no service, ALWAYS A PROBLEM! THEY ARE THE REASON WHY I WILL LEAVE THE PROPERTY WHERE I LIVE, *** **** *** ** ******** **! I wish I could do cero star! THEY DONT DESERVE ANY!??

      I have not had a functioning card for months including two "dead" cards that never functioned. I've paid $5 each to replace those including fees for money orders as that's what my building requires. I called CSC for them to send me a new one because I really don't think it right for me to pay for cards that never worked, i took the $10+ loss on the first two. It's been nearly FOUR months, 10+ phone calls, five emails and still no card. What's their explanation? We use USPS, it takes time. The energy, time and cost to me because of this company's blase attitude is unforgivable, when i have machines in my lobby that i am unable to use. Their excuses seem to extend to others beyond myself. When i finally had it with the "USPS" excuse i told them not to use it on me, ********** said, "i know you don't want to hear it however we do depend on the postal service to deliver in a timely manner so once we mail it we cannot track it." It's been FOUR months, ********. You'd think you'd make sure SOME courier would get it to me. I'm going to complain about this company everywhere. The service is terrible, there is none. The attitude is worse. I STILL DON'T HAVE A CARD FOUR MONTHS LATER.
