  This is a horrible company that didn't help me find my laundry card, and failed to give my apartment complex the knowledge to deal with situations. They also for some reason cannot find my apartment complex on their which they aren't at fault, but are also victims here. CSCSW failed to fix this issue.

  I have rescheduled an appointment for a repair 3 times now. No one has come out. I do not think they even do repairs at this point just lie to people and say they are coming out . This isnt a joke someone needs to investigate these people . I dont know who but someone needs to shut them down. ThIs place is a scam

  Absolutely terrible company, borderline a scam. Scheduled 3 different times to have a washer/dryer unit delivered and never actually received one. No one even called or showed up or even called the 3rd reschedule. Ive been on the phone for 30 mins trying to get this resolved. After speaking to a woman in retention she was extremely rude & when I asked to speak to her manager, she SAID NO and she was sending me back to customer service. Now Im wondering if she just put me on hold so I actually cant get this resolved. She said it was cancelled and I received absolutely no confirmation. This company has $90 of mine and its **** trying to get it back when I never even got to use the service because of their horrible business. Please save your time and money and headache and RUN AWAY from CSC SERVICEWORKS.

  Terrible company! Horrible service. Dryers broken for over 2 months. Multiple service requests have been put in by different people. No service...but they DO come collect the money. Total *********. Would give zero stars if I could.

  Horrible service the card machine took $20. I've tried to get a refund for almost 3 months and they have NOT REFUNDED ME YET. Each time I call them I get a different story. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLLL!!!!

  It's per machine 537-JSH. I have filed a service request on CSC ServiceWorks website on the 13th of September because some of the coins won't register and would be just eaten up by their laundry machine. Nothing has been done as on the 26th of September the machine stopped registering any coins and has been just eating up coins and since is impossible to use. We have lost at least 10 coins this way and has not been reimbursed yet. On the 26th of September I have called our property management company that has chosen CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. as a provider. The manager filed another service request on that day. Three days later on the 29th of September I called our management company they said that CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. do not report them when they will come and do the service. So I called CSC ServiceWorks, Inc. myself and their associate again was not aware that anything was done or when it could be done. He told me their standard times are up to 5 days and it's been much longer since the 13th of September. He submitted another service request. Today is 3d of October that is 2 weeks more after I filed my first service request and the service has not been provided. Also I know my neighbours have contacted them too. So there were multiple requests during those weeks and no result at all. I will be contacting different regulating agencies as their services are non existent. My Mom is on hospice and I need to wash her bed linens and I have to go to an outside laundromat and pay double the price. That's unacceptable

  This is the worst company ever. My association signed a contract for several years, customer service is non existent, hold time for calls can last ***** min most days, if you dont call for a refund within 2 days, no refund can be issues.Machines are old and break, they either dont do the wash, dont spin etc but always the machine takes the $1.50 ************** requested manager and not once they return a call.Technicians come to serve machines and next wash same issue. Each service call is multiple times before is fixed. Unless the machine is totally gone, requesting a machine exchange is impossible.

  This company is basically a scam. The machines are constantly breaking down, they don't send anyone out to repair, they don't answer the phone. Laundry card machine is always broken. When our building terminated our contract with CSC, CSC refused to remove the machines. This is a cynically managed business, and those responsible should be ashamed.

  I am a tenant 6 bldgs. They have a repairman ** **** vy nice always responds to calls.Last time he said they couldn't get parts and worse new machines. He went to the broken salvage machines and found a part that worked. Now I can't reach him phone jumps to **. I lost my wonderful go to guy **. Well machine was checked tag on it says needs to be replaced 2 mos ago . I called all tel numbers finally I was told they know this and can't tell when a machine will be delivered. ** was right. I called ny corporation dept they said they only have an address for co to be served . This is common anyone can become an agent address and be paid to have them use your address to let them use your address. Then corp said they are out of fl ?? Co. might be ******* ,foreign co. vy,vy,vy common. I talked to apt mgr forget him to . I suggested he get another co . American corp owned. I did speak to : *** *** ***** last yr vy nice took care of matter .Can't reach her now her extension doesn't work anymore. Might be the owner. A ceo **** ****** . I can't reach him either. But I will continue looking in Fla. I will buy a machine for my apt under ada reasonable accommodation will check with and an atty 1st. Good Luck everyone.
