  This company is not responsive and not thorough. I have missed work and canceled doctor's ************ for two entire days while waiting for my washing machine to pick up. In the meantime, I'm expected to be paid current and each day I wait is another day charged. Terrible customer service, terrible communication.

  machines are constantly broken. submitting service requests does very little. they come and the machines are still broken. their wait times to speak to a customer service rep are abysmal. their process to get a refund blocks me from asking for more than one refund. multiple machines are broken. im losing money and time by using multiple machines to clean the same load of laundry. bad customer service, bad maintenance, terrible app. all around bad service.

  I have been in contact with this company since 8/3/2022. My machine crapped out in the middle of a cycle where it left water in the washing machine, they stated that they were going to show on 8/12, they didnt show up nor bother to call about why they didn't show. I have been in constant communication about the smell of the water and that it started having critters come in to my apt due to the water being left in the machine. No one seems to care and all they do is reschedule for 2 weeks out and not show up. I have call again and they stated they I was schedule for a pickup for the 8/26 now they stated they didn't even see me schedule. At this point I just want them to pick up the machines. Now they tell me 9/2, its been a whole month and nothing has been done about switching the machines out or picking them up. This is ridiculous!!! I been renting machines from them for over ************************************************************************* counter, not to mention no sense of urgency about the situation. Now I just want the machines to be picked up at this point. I reporting them because at this point these machines will be left on the side of the road.

  I had to deal with this company's laundry room at my old apartment, their machines were often broken down or barely working and getting a refund was next to impossible. Current apartment complex partners with these people for in-unit rentals, I set up my delivery sate on July 25th for an Agust 11th delivery date. Not only is there no time of day provided for their delivery, they called at 11:30 on August 11t, the day this was supposed to be delivered, to tell me they have no drivers and won't be able to deliver until SEPTEMBER 28th. Meanwhile they still want say another payment is due on the 25th since it's a monthly rental and should have already been here. To "make this right" they want to give me a credit AFTER this get DELIVERED! Please save yourself the time, money, and hassle and find a used machine that you can own if you're able to do do. Zero stars would be the ideal rating for these folks but since that isn't allowed 1 will have to do.

  If it was possible this company would -20 stars. Have had issues since moving in this complex. The machine to purchase a card or add funds does NOT work. You can NOT buy a card. The office had to give me a card. This is after 2 weeks of trying with the companies machine. I tried to add funds and it would not add the funds. However my card with the bank was charged twice. I immediately contacted my bank and reported it as fraud. I then called the number that was on the machine and sat on hold for 28 min and 41 sec. Got no where with *****. I asked for the manager and got ****** that is supposed to be supervisor. No where with ***** but did advise her that my bank has the charges as fraud and it will NOT be paid as I did not get the funds on my card. When you look this company up it shows headquarters in ******** not ****** **. This company is very very sorry and crooked. From my understanding the complex I am in is stuck with a 10 year contract.

  I have contact this company about their machines not working over & over & they still haven't done anything about them, plus they Half wash your clothes which you have to add more money to get the job done. It's really sad that i have to report a company of unprofessional business.

  This company is so shameful. I moved into a place for the elderly and the disabled to only see how this company provides services in the most disturbing way. I have now bought another card because the first card would not work. I called them and they said they were sending me a new card with my funds on it and to destroy the one which didn't work. It's been ***************************************** my mail box. To make this situation even more worth my time to give such a review, I must say that I spent another $5 on a card and I added another $10 onto it to only find the machines will take double the amount off these fancy plastic cards to get a machine to work. Every machine has done this! There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. What a worthless way to do business. I am genuinely shocked at how this business will prey on the needy in such a way. The machines are so small and they were created for the low income who are disabled and/or elderly to fuel capitalism in a deceitful and parasite like manner. What a trashy business that represents no credibility. The worst business I have ever dealt with. All the residents and the staff know what a pain this company is.

  On several occasions I was charged multiple times on their app for using their machines for one load of laundry. I filed a dispute through my bank with CSC to get my money back after my funds were stolen out of my account from them. Machine in my condo complex has also been broken for months. The technician left a note stating that they are waiting on a part. In the meantime, I will purchase rolls of quarters from my bank to do my laundry. After this dispute is settled I'm deleting their app and contacting my HOA and other teanants in my building to try to get a new laundry service. This is a very fraudulent company. I'm also going to call fox 2 news to expose them
