      On 01/20/25 placed my coat at the above location to be tailored and cleaned. I came to back to pick my coat up on 02/03/25 to find that the coat was damaged. The employees did agree the coat was damaged. I was asked not to take the coat and was told the Owner will call me to address this issue. I didnt receive a call but was charged another $11.49 for the coat and was told the coat would be re-fluffed. I proceeded to retrieve my coat on 2/17/25, but was met with the same challenges I have initially had. The coat was still damaged. I asked for the Owner to call me. The owner did called me to only tell me its nothing he could do and the coat was good and to come and picked up my coat and never step foot in his cleaners again.

      I dropped off 2 ******* **** Tuxedos 1- 40R and ****R Either September 8,9,11, or 12-I am not sure of the exact date- to have them dry cleaned- I gave my phone number, as that is how they pull up your account, and paid. I went back to pick them up on September 21 and gave my phone number. I was told that they have no record of me dropping them off. I went home to locate the receipt(could not) called the store to speak to manager. Her name is ************** explained the situation and she said she had to check the cameras-I described the man at the counter that I had dropped them with and the coworker working alongside. She called me Sept22nd for more details -told her I paid cash -was the only other detail, I went in today to see if they could check the racks for the 2 black tuxedos. I offered to help as there were only 3 revolving racks, ****** told me it was not possible as the owner ****** said she was forbidden to check the racks. Those Tuxedos cost me $325 dollars. The fact that they are not willing to check the rack and expect me to walk away is not fair. I have been going to this dry cleaner and only this dry cleaner for 10 years and have never had a problem. I have given them a lot of business over the years and the fact that they are not willing to check the racks is crazy. I cannot find the receipt-I have never needed it before-this time, however, my phone number did not show up which means it was an error on their part. ****** told me I had not given her enough specific info to proceed. 2 ****************************** Tuxedos 40R and 42R with a range of 5 days, I paid cash-it would take an hour tops to check the racks-There were not that many Black items hanging on the racks that I could see. Please help me get the tuxes back. Thank you

      We have explained to this customer that we have spent 5 hours looking at the tapes from the dates she stated she was in the store.  There is zero record of her coming into the store on those days.  She has no receipt to prove anything was dropped off.  We have even gone through the daily transactions to verify all drops off compared to what she describes and nothing matches.  

      There is zero proof this customer was in the store.  Every time we tell her we looked at the cameras she keeps changing the date she was there.  She described the employee that helped her and none of the employees were as described wearing a red shirt.   

      I have offered to let her view the tapes herself.  But she needs to know what day exactly she came in.   Every time we tell her that we checked a certain day she says maybe it was the next day.  Or maybe I am mistaken about the details. 

      We can not do anything further as we have zero proof these items ever came into our store.  She is not on the cameras nor does the customer have a receipt of the transaction which we give to every customer.  

      We have done everything and above spending hours to help this customer.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Because I still do not have my tuxedos-yes I admit

      that I am unsure of the drop off date but have narrowed down the time frame to 4 or 5 dates. ***** the owner will allow me to  view the tapes myself tomorrow as he has never seen me.  On 9/22/23 the day after I went to pickup my tuxes I called and ask if I could help them look through the racks and they said no as they checked the tapes and they did not see me. On Monday, september 25, I went back to the store and begged the manager ****** to go through the racks with me present .  She said the owner said NO. ***** the owner called me shortly after and told me I was no longer allowed in the store and to not come back because I told him I made a report with the BBB. ( I had no choice as they were done with me) They are making me out to look like a scammer and a liar- like I am trying to get over on them. I have thousands of friends and relatives in this town  that will vouch for me. Now I am concerned that they gave my tuxedos to another customer as they have no record of my telephone number on any of the dates in question. They accept your order with your phone number -could the employee have typed in the wrong number in error?

      Did they question the employee? All i know is I feel they are attacking my integrity by saying I never came to the store with the tuxedos-basically saying I am lying.  Meanwhile I left 2 tuxedos to be cleaned and PAID for 2 tuxedos to be cleaned and they are gone  I have been a customer for 10 years. Sometimes I bring a receipt and sometimes i don't but I ALWAYS got my clothing with my phone number. Someone made a mistake and my only mistake is not being sure of the date.  I will update tomorrow

      I went to Press Cleaner to view tapes and was advised that I only had 1 hour and i would be recorded and filmed.  I was asked to leave and never return after 45 minutes when I asked as to why we cannot just check the racks for the 2 Tuxedos in question. I had asked last week to please check the racks with me present and my request was denied.  To me it is a lot easier to check racks than to view days of footage when I am unsure of the exact date. I gave specific details of the ******* ******* **** Reaction tuxes 40R and 42 Reg . The 40 Reg had bottom loose button.  I am perplexed as to how they would not check. Where is the harm?   Again I was told they spent hours looking at tapes and I do not appear and therefore I never dropped the tuxedos.  I left the cleaner humiliated and in tears.

      I am now sure I will never get my tuxes back even after paying to have them cleaned.  Not even an apology and I felt like the owner was making me out to be a liar and a criminal.  Shame on him after 10 years of loyal
