  Went in for a basic oil change that's it told them do not rotate my tires because my good tires are already where they are supposed to be so I was sitting for about 2 hours and then they finally come back and say they broke one of the studs on the back tire trying to rotate the tires after they been told not to change the tires so after another 30 mins goes by they say they can't get the lung nut back on and send me on my way out with a stripped lung nut and only 3 studs on my hub and said I'll have to drive like that until the new part comes in after about 3 weeks goes by I go back in the shop to get the stub put back on but to put the stud on you have to take the brakes off but I was informed that no one in the shop knows how to do drum brakes so again I have to wait again till someone in the shop knows how to do drum brakes this is just a horrible experience all around and it was just supposed to be a simple oil change I wouldn't care if they're oil changes were **** I'm never going back to this location or possibly any NTB again!!!!!!

  On March 20th 2023, I went Mavis Discount Tires, ****************************************************** to have 4 Tires and 4 Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors ($32.99 for 4 Sensors), that I had purchased on my own installed on my car. I was told that the Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors I purchased would not work with their scanner and that I would have to purchase them from them. Then they told me that THEIR Sensors are $89.99 for Each Tire and for a total of $359.96. When I came home and told my Dad what they had charged, he was LIVID. Obviously, they took advantage of me because I am a woman, is what my dad told me and I feel exactly the same way. My total bill for having 4 tires (that I purchased) installed, Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors installed, balancing, and alignment totaled $608.26.My Dad went to a different Mavis Discount Tire on March 23rd, 2023 and he asked about getting the same exact tires mounted and the sensors he purchased installed and was told NO PROBLEM.So, now I am totally convinced that I have been ripped off badly by Mavis Discount Tire in *******.In addition, one of the reasons I went there was because I saw that Mavis offers a discount up to 25% for Military Families. I was given a $40 credit only on the sensors (which is 11%) and was told that I couldn't get the Military Discount which I know is up to 25% because I was given a $ 40 credit off the sensors.I guess if you are Veteran or a Woman you should stay far away from Mavis Discount Tires.

  I am a mechanic of 30 years also an employee, the service at the ************ store, is a class act,. Technicians exhibit quality work, the manager **** is a very respectfull person , that's just who he really is. The district manager ***** and **** just helped me in a hard personal loss. As far as the service , these techs get it right. Thank you ***** and **** ***********************

  After doing some research, Brakes Plus was the cheapest quote to replace my brake pads. They are very honest folks and will not try to scam you out of your money like most other places. They only did what needed to be done. I would recommend them for their price and honesty to everyone I know! I went to **** ********************** Glendale ** *****.

  The store at ****************************************************************** did an exceptional job on my vehicle. The price quote for the work was reasonable. And they had me in and out in no time. Thanks to the associate ***** and the team here at Mavis. Awesome job all the way around.

  Mavis Tires in ********* are great to do business with. It starts with the outstanding management. ***, the manager, has enormous experience in customer service and all of his employees follow suit. Thank you Mavis!

  Had work done on vehicle and had to take it back 2 weeks later with same problem. Front end making noise. Manager asked if somebody else had been working on vehicle, I told him no, said they found the problem they missed and would fix it for free. Found another problem with a bar that might cause vehicle to shake and wobble while driving. Ask him to fix tire and would bring vehicle back in about a month. Implied that would be 2 labor charges because they would have to take the same things apart. Set up to drop off at the end of the week. Got home and started thinking there shouldn't be 2 labor charges because he suppose to fix their mistake for free and why didn't he just fix their mistake like I asked. Took it back the next day and explained to the manager that was there what happened. Called to check on it next day, they hadn't checked it yet but I made it perfectly clear I wanted them to fix their mistake and nothing else. Went to pick it up a few days later and the other manager tried to charge me for the bar. I refused to pay because I had made it clear I wanted nothing new done. I asked if he talked to the other manager but he ignored my question, said he went by what we agreed upon. I told him if he had talked to the other manager he would've known. I asked him why would I want them working on something else when they messed up on the other part. Then he started talking about other stuff that could go wrong and I requested my paperwork so I could leave. I feel like he was justifying their mistake by fixing something else on me car to cover their labor cost. Tried to see if other worked on my vehicle probably to void their warranty. I think he tried to pull a fast one on me, obviously he wasn't worried about the bar being fixed if he let me leave that day without fixing anything at all. Very untrustworthy, Sent them an email to let them know what happened I was told I would hear from them but never got a response.
