      Dropped off my car on Saturday 3/4/23 for 4 new tires. Quote was good and employees were professional. I advised the individual creating the work order that I did not want the road hazard warranty or balance for life packages totaling around $150. He replied "no problem, I'll take that off". The car was done around 6 PM so I did not pick it up until Sunday morning. When I picked it up, the $150 was still on the bill and I was told a manager had to be present to alter it. I paid the full price and waited until Monday morning at 8 AM to call and speak to the manager. I was told he would be arriving around 10 AM and to call back then. I called again at 10:15 and was told he was running late and would arrive around 10:30, so I waited until 10:45 to call again. The third time I called, I was told he was "around the corner" and to call back in **** minutes. I called once again around 11 and he was still not there. I stopped in around 12:30 on my way home and he was STILL not there, and I was advised by another employee that he was once again "around the corner". I waited almost an hour and he never showed, so I left my name and number with an employee and left. Around 6 PM I hadn't heard from anyone so I called again. This time the manager answered the phone. I explained to him the issue and he said "ok let me switch phones, give me a second". I was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and called back. Another employee answered the phone and he informed me the manager was no longer in the store. Today I stopped in once more and was able to have the issue resolved, but my god this experience left me enraged and I will NEVER buy tires here again.

      Went to this shop on **************************************** after blowout really scary situation young lady ms.**************** the manager was super helpful and sympathetic to my situation. Going in tomorrow to purchase 3 more new tires as I was only able to get one today on such short notice.Great customer service and great product.

      I went there and was told I did not have to pay for 12 months. I asked the man "so what do I owe today?" He said "nothing" I thanked him and left. The very next day, less than 24 hours after I left the shop, he woke me up out of the bed with 2 police officers at my door threatening me and demanding money. This so called "business" should be s*** down

After looking into the situation for you, it appears that you were told after your inquiry that there was an option for 12 month interest free credit if you qualified. You applied for the credit and when asked by the *** did not provide the approval number for the credit. When the car was completed, you told the technician that it was already paid, took the keys and left without going back inside to finish the paperwork and cash out. Phone calls were made and ignored. Thus, the service manager and the police showed up the next day to obtain the approval code or an alternative payment method at which point you paid cash. Thank you again for contacting NTB.

      problem on dealing with (tbc) tire-kingdom . on 1/30/22 called and put in my claims, they saw the pictures read the claim. That was almost a month ago . only thing I got from them was that it was kicked up to corp 2 weeks ago. no call no email. The customer service rep can not even enter updates on the claim. I called the ** and left a message, seeing how I had his # from the last time the shop manager lied and said that he called me and fixed the rim. That nonsense took a month to get handled.to where I went to the shop in delray/boca to show proof that it was never fixed and had them take care of me. Now I am waiting to see how long this takes I'm out ******. All this can be so simple if people were honest with their work. it's now 2/22/23 called again gave them the info again on the case. Every week i'm told to call back in 48hr if no one reached out. I see that they are going to keep dragging this until they have to pay me and my lawyer min 5k in small claims court..

      The worst establishment ever The store manager is rude and talks to women like they are trash. He should be taught how to be respectful to customers first before being told hes a store manager. Ridiculous I will never go back there and after spending over 1 k for 4 new tires and FREE rotation that they wont do I will make sure everyone knows how much of a rip off they are

      Worst place to get any service done on a vehicle. I took my **** Escape there to get front brakes done and the mechanic took it upon himself to do all of my brakes. Not only did I sit there for about 3.5 hours until I found out from the service desk person that he did front and back brakes and the bill was going to be over $900. but this made me late for my **** shift at work. Then she informed me the mechanic broke all of the lug nuts on one of my wheels. The service desk person ****** informed me they would order and replace all my lug nuts (which never happened). When I told her I only made the appointment to have front brakes done she apologized and offered to compensate me by having my front wheel bearings done at no charge. By the time I left I had to turn around and go back due to the fact that my front under panel was dragging on the road! I had her order the front wheel bearing replacement kit and made an appointment to return to have them done for free as my compensation. I spent $40 to get Uber to take me to work when I dropped off my vehicle for that appointment. Car was there from 6:30a until 6p and NOTHING was done to my vehicle! ****** called me at work and told me their shop was not equipped to handle that service and she said I could use another Mavis in *********. They never even replaced the lug nuts on my front wheel!

      Mavis is a poorly run business with incompetent techs, listless supervisors and unethical management. We purchased four new tires and had the wheels aligned. Somehow they screwed up the rear wheel alignment so that the edge of the tires wore prematurely and were destroyed in less than a year. Mavis refused to back up their work and instead only offered a small discount off of two new tires. We decided to pay full price somewhere else rather than deal with them again. I should have read the poor reviews but Mavis had the tires I wanted.

      Paid for an alignment and rotation/balance, but after 5 trips and 3 different Mavis stores I still don't have an alignment. I have a ruined tire and Mavis wants to suggest it is a wheel bearing, brakes, axle, etc - anything but an alignment. They cannot provide me with a reading of my camber and toe for the alignment so when I went to a local technician I saw just how badly it was out of alignment and why it has ruined 2 tires... Thanks for nothing Mavis!

      On November 25, 2022 NTB had a buy 2get 2 new tires sale I made an appointment for 11/27/22 I was sent a email confirmation ************************************************* took off from work . On Nov. 26 I was contacted via phone about reschedule appointment because they was over booked and ********* called off. I agreed 11/28/22 I took my vehicle for my time of 10 am I called after 5 hours and *********** tech told me that I would have to wait 4 more hours due to the amount of customers I refused and retrieve my vehicle I file a complaint with Corporate, only to be disregarded. No one responded to my letters and when I called, I was assured some would contact me No one ever did nor was my complaint ever addressed .
