STAY AWAY!! Nothing this service ---if you can call it that---promises will be delivered. They ruined my daughter's bachelorette bonfire and should fully refund the $4000---yes $4000 ---but we cannot even get them on the phone anymore. They GHOSTED US. Arrived 1/2 hour late and brought 4 sticks of wood and a dog bath tub, tiki torches that didn't light (we were in the dark), nothing for the s'mores they were to provide, 6 old used airline blankets instead of contracted for beautiful tables, chairs, pillows and extensive lighting. NOTHING! A complete disgrace. My daughters' and their friends were in both shock and tears. We paid $4000 for something that must have cost $4--if that. We do not understand how this is not criminal. They have not called us back, wrote a mean text saying we threatened them bc we were angry they weren't calling us back. They spoke to one of our guests who called them---they answered thinking it was new people to scam---and promised to REFUND OUR MONEY---ADMITTING EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE---but no refund came. Their own employee sent us a text detailing their longstanding pattern/practice of fraud. Someone named William completely lied to us, and took money to which he's not entitled. We don't understand how they're able to operate. Who could do this sort of thing to innocent people who just wanted to celebrate a child's/friends'/sister's upcoming wedding?? They are lying to the BBB where we filed a complaint, saying we had "buyer's remorse"! The only thing we have remorse for is ever contacting these fraudsters. Their address in Montauk is a fraud--it's the parking lot of the ***** ******** ***** who said they haven't seen these people around in over a year. Not even registered in East Hampton as a business. They write fake reviews but real reviews are pushed way down so you have to really go through to understand what these fraudsters are about. They've stolen money via credit card, done this to others. Really unscrupulous people.
