I went to Venus and venom in June for a consultation for cool sculpting. The girl took pictures of my stomach. She gave me a price of $1500. That was a promotion price. She also told me it would take 2 sessions- the second would be 30 days later. I paid half and went on july 13th for my treatment. When the treatment was done I paid the other half and the receptionist gave me a piece of paper with prices for the re-treat. I was not told during my consultation that the retreat was not included in the $1500. The original girl kept emphasizing two sessions. She never told me I had to pay more money for the retreat. I contacted ****** the owner and she offered me 10 units of Botox to make up for the misinformation. She also told me to wait a month or two and I would see results from the cool sculpting session. Its been 2 months and I see absolutely no difference in my stomach area. I contacted ****** two weeks ago and again expressed disappointment that I misinformed and see no difference. Again she offered the Botox. I dont care to do Botox so she offered a facial for free and to take pictures when I went. I went last week and the girl took pictures and did my facial. I have not heard from ******. I emailed her twice this week asking if she reviewed the photos. She has not responded to my email. This is bad business. Even when I emailed her a few weeks ago she never responded to my email and I had to call the store several times before I got a hold of her. She even admitted she got my email but didnt respond to it. I feel I am owed another session of cool sculpting at their loss. I am not able to afford to pay for another session nor should I when their employer gave me the wrong information.
