      Food Safety issue CASE#******* being ignored by their customer service team I emailed them Jan 28 and was promised a reply by their autoreply within 48 hours This is from someone that buys hundreds of cans from them a year and this was a FOOD SAFETY alert issue and they have failed to reply. I am left to contact them thru this method, Hain needs to treat their customers better and food quality safety issues with UPMOST importance.

      A stone in a Terra Chip bag broke my tooth. The parent company, Hain Celestial, called me a liar and refused responsibility.

      Purchased odd tasting sesame oil. Four bottles. We are Asian we use a lot of sesame oil. ********** tasted rancid. Number on bottle was called. Girl answered phone with stuffed up nose very unprofessional her name began with an l she chastised me and put me through absolute inappropriate nonsense as to why I thought the taste was off! I've been buying this longer than this girl's age. I phoned hanging on Long Island and the woman apologized and said she would have customer service call me. I received no call. I would like these four bottles of sesame oil replaced. I had to open each one to try and find one that wasn't rancid when I made my family dinner.

      My yogurt was sour. Bought 3 tubs of this very expensive yogurt that I discovered. Non refundable due to dairy law. Phone number on tub Is very Abusive. Spoke to someone by the name of ******* who hung up on me very unprofessional very discourteous. My yogurt was **** per tub please help me get my money Return to me and that would be approximately $18. I really don't want anymore yogurt right now because I am leaving for *********** to visit a relative who broke her hip and I will be gone quite some time period at this point due to the situation and how rudely this company treated me I would like my money back and I will see about trying again in the future this woman by the name of ******* was very condescending if not bias

      I bought 2 jars unrefined coconut oil. *********** had some black Spots on the lid that look like mold. Took back to grocery store. Grocery store would not take back I spent $23 on 2 jars. I cook with it and I also use it for my skin. Due to openness grocery store would not take back. Cold phone number on jar and a woman was very rude to me and would not refund . I would like my money back I have bought 2 more jars to take with me overseas I am in the *********** and I will be leaving shortly. I this point I would like my money returned to me thank you I don't want to be forced coupons because I already have bought my jars and I will be gone for one year . Please help me get my money back from this company. Thank you

      the business says they will reimburse me. The business has my address through the better Business bureau I will not call that phone number and be treated rudely again. There is simply nothing else to say the address is with the better Business bureau I do not want to be called and titrated at again. I do not receive certified mail because no one is here to sign for me. Please correct and resend regular mail. This is getting to the point where it's ridiculous.       My family and I have been eating Greek Gods yogurt manufactured by Hain Celestial. However, the recent yogurt that I bought had serious product quality and food safety issues. It caused my family and myself all diarrhea.I am so disappointed with the food safety and quality issue by Hain Celestial. I request Hain Celestial to contact me immediately for a resolution.

      At The Hain Celestial Group, we are committed to producing high-quality products and our consumers safety is our top priority. The consumer was contacted and left a voicemail on 9/23/22 in regards to the alleged incident. To date, we have not received a call back from the consumer. Due to the lack of manufacturing code information, our ***************** is unable to conduct a formal evaluation of lot-specific production and quality records. However, every batch of our Greek Gods Yogurt undergoes testing and review by our ***************** department, ensuring that all critical attributes and safety parameters are met prior to release. 

      We take these matters very seriously and appreciate this concern being brought to our attention. If additional information becomes available, we can further review. Thank you.
