      I opted to speak with an agent at this number thinking I was talking to an agent of Delta Airline. The agent asked me if I had booked the ticket my self and I answered yes. I gave the Confirmation number for my Delta Flight and the agent asked for the passenger's name. I then asked if I was speaking to a Delta agent and was told by the agent it was a flight booking company that is not Delta. I then told the agent I would like to call Delta myself as I thought I was speaking to Delta but will discontinue the call so I could contact Delta. The agent then said he could tranfer me to customer service and I was firm that I did not wish to speak to anyone in his company but would call Delta myself. Two minutes after this call I received a cancellation email and I contacted Delta directly. Delta confirmed the cancellation was not done by them but by the third party. I again contacted the agency from before to speak to a manager or supervisor. The supervisor told me my phone number did not display as me having spoken to them and that if his agent cancel he would like to help in some way. The supervisor then hung up and I called again and was told it was a different department that I had contacted.
