      Im extremely upset with chase. Me and my husband opened an account two months ago and recently deposited money in there this evening. 2 hours later they closed our account without any reason and I couldnt be more frustrated and disgusted.

      My car was repo by Chase bank I have done everything they have asked I mailed the check to payoff the loan which they have as well as faxed a copy of the check and they r telling. Me it will take 5-10 business days to for their system to processs the cashier check n release my car so I can go pick it up. I need to get to work and doctors appts and I find their customer service rude and not helpful they have my money I dont understand why it will take them so long to process this so I can get my car that I technically own now that I gave them the pay off check.

      Recently we were finally able to conclude an insurance claim from the September 2022 hurricane Ian ****** We went to the bank and deposited the check only to get emails and alerts that there was an issue with the deposit today. The bank is refusing to deposit the check. The branch managers justification for not deposits the check was that a public adjuster was listed on the check. This is not the first check that has been deposited from the insurance company with the public adjusters name on it.The check was endorsed by all parties on the check and is still being refused. We are now being told that the check will be mailed back to us (fully endorsed) and will not be deposited with the adjusters name on it. This situation is putting my family and our financial life in term oil as we now have to jump through hoops to have a check reissued without the name of the public adjuster ( who has already endorsed the check).

      I'm seeking assistance in a matter that's been quite distressing for me. In March, I unfortunately lost my phone, which contained vital information, including access to my personal checking account. During this time, I discovered that funds from my account were being transferred to another account without my authorization.Despite promptly filing a claim with the bank to rectify the situation, I was disheartened to receive a denial. This has left me in a state of frustration and urgency as I'm simply trying to recover what rightfully belongs to me. Regrettably, my attempts to resolve this through numerous phone calls have been met with inefficiency and lack of proper customer service from the bank's representatives.This experience has been particularly troubling for me, as I've encountered similar issues with Chase in the past, albeit eventually resolved after several months. I'm hesitant to once again navigate through prolonged processes to reclaim what is rightfully mine.I've been advised by chase agent to consider legal action, but I feel uncertain about how to proceed in that regard. If anyone could offer guidance or assistance on this matter, I would be immensely grateful. Thank you for your time and support.

      On Tuesday March 26th my wallet and phone were stolen. All of my cards, my IDs and cash was taken. I was going away with the national guard till Sunday and had assumed that my wallet was in my truck and I had lost my phone while serving however, Sunday night I received a fraud alert from chase and realized that my wallet and phone were not just lost however stolen. I contacted chase and reported approximately ***** dollars of fraud through both atm and cashapp withdrawals had taken place. I was assured that this would be taken care of and that I was covered for this incident, but both my claims were denied almost right away. After realizing that some parts of the claims were not accurate I called chase and re submitted my claims. I was again assured by a supervisor that all of this would be taken care of and not to worry. Both claims were denied again. I reached out and was informed that Chase does not cover any type of fraud that they cannot recover the funds and to check online regulations. When researching these claims I found that this was not true due to regulation E of the federal resolution flow chart and that banks cannot cover transactions where pins are entered correctly. This has completely fininacially destroyed my family and has quite literally taken food from my childrens mouths. If this is not resolved I will be reaching out to the attorney general and the news in hopes of getting this resolved as this is no way to treat a customer, service member, or any person.

      They have horrible customer service. **** stated that he is the last person I can speak with there after asking for assistance. His attitude was dismissive oppositional and rude. He kept sighing . He was lazy and didnt want to look into anything further. This is very disturbing

      Woke up to my business checking being closed. Contacted Chase, they told me that it was canceled yesterday 04/02/24. I asked for more clarification and they told me it was due to overdraft, yet I receive a deposit of $3,000-$6,000/week, every Wednesday like clock work. I never received any notice about my account closing and now my employees are forced to go without a paycheck this week before of Chase not notifying me about an account closure. Not to mention a completely illegitimate reason for closure. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney ************************ and Contacting a Consumer Protection Attorney. I was treated poorly by customer support and have all the phone calls recorded. I would advise people to avoid Chase Bank and boycott them completely.

      I opened an account with ******************** on 4/2/24, and they closed the account on 4/4/24 without no reason as to why they closed it. I do not understand why they closed the account, and it makes no sense to me at all.

      Around December of 2023, an error occurred on my account that included a debit to a merchant for around $215. I contacted the bank regarding the issue and circumstances since my wallet and phone were lost, and that the charges were made by someone who came into contact with my phone while it was lost and I required a refund for the payments. The merchant failed to comply and the bank failed to do so, too.

      Chase bank closed my personal account without warning, not giving me any reason why on a random Monday after 5pm. Government employee with direct deposit. Ive never bounced a check or charge, currently waiting for my 3 accounts balance to be mailed to me via cashier check in 5 to 10 business days.
