      I spent well over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone. Every time it said I'd be connected to a representative it would go back to more options. This was over and over and over. My second mortgage with them as well. Never again will I allow them to do my mortgage! When I need someone I expect to talk to someone!!

      The CREDIT CARD BANK for CHASE BANK Charged my ENTIRE CARD. It left me with NO MONEY IN MY CHECKING AND SAVINGS. I COULDN"T PAY MY SERVICES.
      They told me on Tuesday that they will RELEASE MY MONEY BACK IN TWO DAYS which is TODAY. They said, "Just call - wait two days" SO I guess maybe the "payment" went out and after the company took the money. Now it looks Like I'm credited in $138 in my credit card. I told him " NOW you can put that credit in my checking account today" and he said he couldn't do it!!!
      THIS IS THE WORST PEOPLE that LIE, and LIE and LIE.. I want my money back.
      I don't even think the 1 star is TOO MUCH FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

      My chase checking account was closed in September 2023 and the balance is $2700+. I have not received any mail or email to inform me that the account was closed. I called the customer service and they said I need to supply a verification for the last transaction. The last transaction is my salary from the employer. I went to the branch located in **** ****** ** *** *********** ** ***** and gave the staff of chase the paystubs and job offer. He helped me scan the documents and sent the emails to back office. After few days, I called them, and chase said need the last 3 transactions verify documents. I brought my 2 friends the same location and the same staff ****** helped scan their ID and helped summited them. Then I called the customer service often, but they said it's still underreview. Now it's 7 months, I have not received my money. Who can help me to get my money from Chase Bank:(

      By mistake the wrong email was used for *** ***, chase was quick to refund my money when I noticed the error. That was over a month ago. Today, opened my account and noticed my account was $180. Over drawn. I have never done this ever, come to find out they disputed my claim and reversed the charges. Not only overdrawing my account but then told me basically they investigated and found the money to have been deposited correctly, however my mother never got the money. Then I asked why didn’t I get some kind of notification? You clearly have my email seeing how you send numerous emails a day about every program the bank offers. Both *** *** and chase should be ashamed of themselves but it’s not their money so **** ***

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent closure of both my Chase checking and savings accounts, which have been integral parts of my financial management for the past 1.5 years.Without any prior warning or explanation, my accounts were summarily closed by Chase, leaving me without access to my funds. The only communication I received regarding this matter was a message and email informing me of the closure after the fact.The sudden closure coincided with two transfers I made from my savings account to my Fidelity account on 4/19/2024 and 4/20/2024, which were larger than my usual transactions but definitely less than my savings. This unilateral decision has caused significant disruption to my financial affairs and has had a profound impact on my life. As a loyal customer with a commendable credit history, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of consideration shown by Chase.I urgently request that my funds be released and that the decision to close my accounts be rescinded. I trust that Chase will take swift action to rectify this situation and restore my access to banking services.I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.

      Truly I mean zero stars! Chase is the absolute worst. Their fraud department does not care about people at all. Im out over $1700 because they keep denying my claims even with a POLICE REPORT. Why would I purposely steal money from myself and make my credit drop over 100 points? Also, the communication is non existent. You have to figure everything out on your own and then get transferred to a million people. This bank literally ruined everything I worked so hard for. Never again will I trust my money with this trash bank.

      This company is absolutely horrible. I will be transferring out of this company as soon as I can refinance my car. This company has no communication skill, and I will be telling every single person I know to never go through this bank. ****** service. **** this bank!

      Called to get refund on service that I was unsatisfied w. *********** told me call bank and ask and that it was ok to do. Bank refunded me my money of service. 3 weeks later they just take the money back out without telling me or notifying me In advance that my dispute was supposedly disputed. Aggravating when the company tells me that I can get my Money back. Despite the contract and chase tells me it doesnt matter. Why would you take money out of someones account without first speaking to them ??? Thats RIDICULOUS when I informed them when I initially started the claim

      Terrible customer service. Been with ********************** over 40 years. We got scammed by scammers posing as federal law enforcement and made payments. Spoke to chase claims customer service who after 30 minutes said our claim was approved by a supervisor and funds would be credited to our account in 2-10 business days. Then instead of money back we get a letter saying claim denied and no adjustment. Called claim customer service for explanation and after 40 more minutes they said only thing they can do is submit a complaint against the employee. Looks like chase scammed us as well.

      I made a $5,000 transfer from my Chase Checkig account to my ************ Account. The ************ account was verified with the two deposits Chase made into that account. ******************** called with an automated number. The number went to a ad selling hearing aids. I contacted Chase fraud department. It does not handle checking account issues, just credit cards. After an hour of calling and being transferred, and verifying my identity, I was required to tell Chase what the purpose was of the transfer. It is none of ***************** Chase business what I am transferring my money out of my account to another one of my accounts. I then also had to tell Chase if I would be making any other transfers of my money out of my account. This sounds a lot like how Chase acted in 2008 when it helped completely crash the U.S. Economy. If you're banking with Chase, be careful. How solven is Chase Bank? The rest of my money is coming out of Chase tomorrow.
