I went to the bank to withdraw some money and i received a message saying it is a fraud, I call customer service and Carlos told me that they are going to send me a letter and he can’t give me more information, the next day I went to the bank and they was rude and told me my account is going to be close that go to the teller and take my money and the teller told me he can give me my money until I received the letter. I was mad because I didn’t do something wrong and I opened my account in 1984 before they name it chase. I received the letter yesterday and said they are closing my account because I requested and that is not true. I am a senior who received my retired check and they did not want to help me. They close my account for no reason. That is the worst bank and unprofessional. I feel mad and sad that I never open an account in other bank and Chase treat me as a delicuent.

I rented something on March25. It was charged to my ****** credit card, but immediately voided within the hour when the merchant realized the item wasn't available. I even got a confirmation email from the merchant that it was voided at that time. I was told 2-3 business days (so March 28 at the latest) and the pending charge would fall off (by both Chase and the merchant). Today is business day #4 and it's still pending. I called Chase to alert them to this, to which 3 people replied "you'll just have to wait". NO, I'm not waiting for something that I should have had YESTERDAY. They tell me to call the merchant (again). I call the merchant, they see it's voided (again) and ask me to have my bank call them about the charge to get it taken off my account, that they do this all the time with banks. I call Chase back and tell them this and get the reply "that's out of our capability". I then speak to a supervisor who won't contact the merchant, "I don't have that authorization" (well, then, who does?!) This supervisor proceeds to hang up on me when I tell her I'm not accepting her excuses. I call the merchant back, they again reiterate that it's voided and it's technically an erroneous chage now. I call Chase back and let them know the lasted information I have from the merchant. They don't care and won't do anything. I just have to wait all weekend to get my hundreds of dollars back on my card. If I didn't have *****, I wouldn't be involved with the bank.

They hold your money when you get it deposited through ach. They say AI controls the overdraft ,but then charge you $35 dollars per overdraft .Then when you need them to wave a fee only three in a calendar year but will charge you all year long . Don't mind paying the fee but I have a problem when I overdraw and the make a deposit and can get a fee waved due to a calendar year thing which is crazy . They have very poor services and are very misleading with their malpractice and malicious banking systems .They love to cheat you out your money with ridiculous fees .On top of holding transactions from the same merchant for two to three business days the say your account overdrawn even though you've got the money in your account. I won't longer be staying with Chase and I advice anybody who's retired or a veteran look at other banks before going to Chase.

They allowed a creditor to freeze my account and then withdraw my child tax credit from my account.

Chase is refusing to credit me back the global entry fee with my Club Unlimited card. Chase is the worst banking experience. I highly recommend not banking with chase. There are better alternatives out there. Do NOT apply for their high end credit cards. I will posting my complete experience on * as well.

Chase refused to give me my money when a thief stole my account number and purchased $212 from Best Buy. I filed a police report who told me over 100 people that has Chase has lost money because Chase believes the thief. This happened at a Best Buy 200 miles away. Chase won’t reimburse me.

Chase Bank supervisors are rude they hang up phones while on the phone with customers. They have foreigners who barely can understand your need because their English is broken. Chase likes to hold deposits for 7 days for no reason. The local office in ***** ** supervisor is very condescending when she speaks with me. She also just hangs up the phone on customers (me) once she says thank you, she never says goodbye. When I brought to her attention on 3/16 again very condescending and she states thank you for your feedback, I can clearly see what her facial expressions looks like by the way she's talking to me by phone. Very disappointing having a supervisor with that type of demeanor

I wish I could give less than a one star review. They refused to honor a legally notarized durable power of attorney when my brother in law was incapable of paying his own bills. We went back to the notary who said it doesn’t get anymore legal. So we asked Chase to resubmit the request and it was denied again. The branch manager told us that she has won court cases in situations like this. A bank employee who was trying to help us, filed a complaint with his employer on our behalf. The legal department then acknowledged it was legally notarized. The reason they refused us twice? The document said “personally appeared” and they wanted it to say “physically present”. The POA was finally acknowledged by Chase’s legal department after my brother in law passed away. My husband is the beneficiary of the bank accounts, Now we are having difficulty getting this money! 3 different bank employees gave us wrong info. We now have to get our attorney involved to receive the money … in the meantime we have had to pay for his funeral and the probate attorney as well as his other bills out of our own pocket.
