This morning I was up early and caught two new charges on an account that I do not have a card for currently, is in no digital wallet of mine, is not stored with anyone by account number and routing number yet two charges. So I call the Chase number on the back of my Disney card at around 2:45amPST to 3:00amPST. I was given an individual that automatically calls me ma'am. Last time I checked I'm a sir. Then ended up getting pissed when I corrected them politely. Then I told the woman that this was the 5th fraudulent charge this month and this one had happened without the new card even making it to me. She said that she had to transfer me and I got another woman that I explained everything again but probably a little more irritated. She then told me she had to transfer me and it said "I hope all of your issues today were resolved, your survey won't be needed." She hung up on me and when I called back the new woman told me that Chase allows charges to "reconnect" without your consent as a convenience and that if someone gets one of your cards in their mobile wallet it takes telling the bank to disconnect all mobile wallets to catch all charges. After my joyous morning I will be running to the bank when it opens to move any current money to a new bank.

I AM VERY UPSET WITH CHASE PAYMENT TECH. I USED THEM FOR MANY MANY YEARS. I CANT BELIEVE THERE REFUND POLICY EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION THEY ARE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO PAY IT BACK. EVEN THOUGH IT IS PROVEN TO BE FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS THERE WERE 50 IN THE SAME DAY. CHASE DIDNT EVEN CATCH/FIND IT. THEY ARE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO PAY BACK. I AM VERY DISSPOINTED WITH CHASE AND CHASE PAYMENT TECH.

Very poor customer service. I sent iut a Zelle payment of $154 from my Chase bank to my USAA bank, this left me a balance of $4.12. Then I Zelled $150 from USAA back to Chase. I spent $150 from the Chase account. Balance should be $4.12. There was a $100 deposit and a $45 Zelle deposit into my Chase account. My balance should be $149.12 but fue to some fuzzy math or computer glitch, I only have 12 cents in my account!! I have tried emails, cusyomer service and Chase secured messaging. Nothing. This were the ONLY transactions on my account 2/21 - 3/1 and yet no one can do simple math.

Chase allowed a random person to call in and file 5 missing cash deposits on my account with 5 different representatives all in the same day. I wasn’t notified until Chase realized the claims were fraud and took the money from my account a month later - after the fraudulent person spent the money. Chase claimed they filed an investigation and they were unable to provide me with any information. They don’t have a number for the person who called and when I asked for them to go back to the recordings, I was told they couldn’t do that either. This is an INSIDE job. No way all this was done in one day and there was no red flag. The he amounts were $780, $750, $690, $670, and $580. They never did an investigation and when I asked the claim’s department certain questions, I was told she couldn’t answer those questions because she wasn’t in the investigation department. When I asked to be transferred, she said the team was offline and she couldn’t transfer me. The rep stated she could only send them a message. After being with Chase for over 20 years, I’m completely disappointment by their error. They refuse to give me my money back and are care of the past due fee. Once again no InVestigation wasn’t done and that’s why I don’t have much info to share.

We had a meeting at 3:30 with **** ********. We come in and check in with the lady at the register, who tells to us to take a seat while Greg finishes his appointment. After 15 minutes, he finishes his meeting. He walks past us without saying anything and disappears for 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, he walks over to us: " Are you here for 3:30?, Yeah that's not gonna happen you need to reschedule. I have a 4:30 coming soon." Thanks Greg for one of the worst customer service experience.

I banked here for a while, I knew the tellers and they locked me
Out and shut down my account for no reason. They would not even explain what happened and said they don’t have to. I would never recommend this bank. I hope they close down with no explanation!

Chase can’t be trusted to protect customer’s information. I had a Chase debit card. I didn’t use it to make purchases or carry it around, it was sitting in a box at my home. No one besides me have access to the card. The one time I used the card was to make a check deposit at a Chase branch through a teller. 2 days after I inserted the card in a machine at the Chase branch, I got 10+ fraud charges on the card that Chase failed to stop. I called the customer service number, they reversed the charge and replaced my debit card with all new credentials. And I put that card away and never even touched it. A year later, I inserted the card on a Chase ATM machine to make cash deposit. After that transaction again I put the card away. Fast forward to 5 months later, I got 2 other fraud charges on my debit card. Chase didn’t catch one of them but later reversed the charge. I called Chase to ask how the hell my card credential was leaked when the only two times I used the card was on Chase machine. Chase said they don’t know and keep repeating that what matters is they were able to reverse the fraud charge. But how am I supposed to trust Chase when my debit card info keep getting leaked???? I’m closing my account for sure.

This Bank have very poor customer service. From the bank tellers to the bank manager they are very unprofessional when it comes to providing information about your own account. I am a disabled person who’s account was told by them was closed but yet they still received my direct deposit from the ****** ******** ************** on March 1 st. I’ve been present inside the bank making several inquiries to yet receive any informative information to the return of my benefits that was received by them. My benefits was received on March 1 it is March 5 it will be March 6 tomorrow and I have no benefits. I’ve called them to receive no info but that my account was closed and if so why haven’t they returned my payment to the ****** ******** ******. My rent is over due which requires me to pay a late fee in which the bank should be responsible not myself. Several attempts to resolve problem but it has yet.
