Chase recently cost me over 200.00 in a dispute they mishandled.
I will be pulling. My business and personal accounts. After 15 yrs of banking
      I am disgusted!

I opened a business account with Chase for my LLC, but the address I used (which was good enough for the IRS for me to form the LLC) wasn't good enough for them (they said it wasn't a physical address, but it is...) Long story short, my account ended up being frozen, without me getting any notice, then when I go in to show proof of the address or change it, that didn't work due to an issue on their side, so the account ended up being closed. A month later and I'm still waiting for the cashier's check with the money from my account I was told would be mailed to me within 14 business days. I called the Compliance Department today and was told the check still hadn't been sent out yet, and there was no way for them to know when it would be, as that was a different department that they couldn't speak to... I don't understand why Chase is like this; all I tried to do was be a customer...

I financed a loan for a new ****** through JP Morgan Chase Bank. A week after signing the paperwork I decided to pay all cash instead since financing was only for 2 years and the "deal" still included fairly high interest. I contacted Chase Bank to see about paying off the loan immediately and they said my account wasn't created yet and to wait. 2 weeks later my account was available to me and had apparently collected interest since the day after I signed the paperwork. I expressed my frustration with the Chase reps, but they said there's nothing they can do about the applied interest and that accounts can take up to 30 days to be created. I looked over the financing paperwork and nothing stated when the loan would begin accruing interest (i.e. the day after the paperwork was signed). This kind of behavior is borderline criminal for such a large financial institution. Since Chase likely employs high-dollar lawyers, I paid my loan + unfairly applied interest and decided to never finance through JP Morgan Chase Bank again. I hope ****** considers doing the same.

Absolutely worst customer care. I booked a flight through chase travel portal on 5/18/2023 with a transaction amount of $357.64.
United canceled the flight and I was meant to receive a refund amount for 172.73 USD from United.
United confirmed on 7/31 that the refund was issued to ** ending in ****. This is not my card but the chase travel agency card. I have since called in August (was told to wait 1 billing cycle). In September I called again (was told to wait another 2 more billing cycles). November same thing was told to wait another billing cycle.
In December when I called - I was told that I would get a check in the mail in two weeks. Did not receive this. I called again on 1/26 which was 4 weeks later and they said the check was never sent. Further escalated and no resolution.
On 2/1 I was told that I need to go to the dispute department and they told me it’s been over 180 days and they cannot make the change. I have been following up for this for over 7 months now - well within the window. During this 2 hour call I was sent around to 4 different departments with no resolution.
I have cumulatively spent over 20 hours on the phone trying to get my money back. I have been pushed around to multiple different departments with no solution - to accounting twice; disputes department 3 times; card member services 3 times. I’m sure if you look at the log you will see the lengthy amount of notes in there with my repeated calls that have resulted to nothing. Multiple times it’s has been “escalated”. That means absolutely nothing because every time I talk to someone new information comes out and it’s back to square one.
I have been a loyal chase customer (12 years ) & Chase sapphire customer for (8 years). This is absolutely ridiculous. They lost a customer as I am never going to renew again & I will tell all my friends & family to also boycott. That $550 annual fee is not even close to the hours, tears & frustration I have had to deal with the last 7 months.

Had the worst and most humiliating experience at a Chase Bank in ********* ***** After an hour in the branch to make a withdrawal for a car purchase, and being embarrassed in front of many other patrons, not only was I denied, but I was intentionally given false policy info and told someone would reach out to me. As the only Black customer in a prestigious area branch, how could I not feel this was race related?

Chase erroneously cancelled 3 payments I tried to make...the last 2 were cancelled for no reason... the website says that "I" requested for the payments to be cancelled, WHICH I DID NOT, then one of the reps, Carlo, tells me that the receiving bank cancelled it.... which is different from the information on my account... YOUR ACTIONS have caused negative consequences of the person's bank account getting cancelled, BECAUSE CHASE/Zelle deemed the transaction as fraud (per Navy Federal)
but the best part was talking to Isabelle, who let out a loud sigh when I started to explain my situation, was EXTREMELY RUDE, telling me that I am wrong with what I SEE ON THE SITE... "could not see why" the transcations were cancelled... rudely claimed that a supervisor would call me back in "7 days, morning noon or night." I have NEVER had to deal with such a rude person, and this is my last negative experience, as there are MANY OTHER people who would LOVE to manage my HARD EARNED MONEY

Since January of 2024, my paychecks have been held for 10 days. Every time I call, a customer service agent says it’s my payers bank that is holding the check. But other coworkers that do not have Chase don’t have the problem of holding out checks, and others that do have Chase, all experience the same problem. I’ve been late on payments and bounced checks because Chase banking is very shady. I’m waiting for my check to finally clear after the 10 days so I can withdraw my money and close my account. This has been such a horrifying experience and a BANK HOLDING YOUR MONEY should be illegal. Disgusting company.

a horrible institution that does not protect its consumers from scams. Chase and ***** are working together to keep innocent Americans from retrieving money lost during a scam incident that Chase confirmed as a scam.
They do not care to protect from fraud and put the onus on the consumer to know when they're being scammed, even when the scammers replicate Chase websites.
I don't recommend banking with Chase but do not use ***** via your mobile app as consumers have very little protection.
I will be closing my chase and ***** account after this horrendous experience.

JP Morgan Chase is the worst bank on the face of the earth!! They take your money, label you as fraudulent, and then keep your money from you while they supposedly investigate. The first time it happened, it took 6 months! And Chase Bank ignored subpoenas and court orders to forward the money. I don’t know why I even gave them a second chance. Stupidity i guess. But i hope i can stop it before it gets to the point of my first case.

****** ****** is the absolute worst bank representative i've ever come across. She is rude and condescending and vile. She made accusations and assumptions on my fiancé almost to the point of defamation of character. She doesn't know how to speak to people and is bad image for Chase Bank. we dont even want to bank here anymore because of her! she needs a refresher course on how to be a decent human being and treat people with dignity and respect and compassion! Fancy clothes do not equate to class...how you treat people does! Goodbye Chase Bank! you left a sour taste in my heart!
