      My Credit Report has false information due to Chase Bank ****** Card actions. The scam worked like this. I canceled my ****** ***** membership and Chase Card in January 2024. Chase sent me a new unrequested card. I did not activate the Card or use it in any way. Chase that posted the ****** ***** monthly membership fee to the Card. I do not have ****** ***** membership nor have access to any of the benefits it provide. In fact, the letter that the Card was attached states the Card rewards are for non-***** customers.
      . I can't contact Chase as they require I validate my account with the phone numbers they report as mine. I have not had access the listed cell phone number for five years and the rotary home phone number for much longer.
      Do not use ****** ***** Chase Card if you may ever in your life have to change your phone number. My number was changed by error by my cell phone provider.

      They advertise being able to use mobile atm as a service but when I was stranded due to them saying this was fraud verifying and accessing the account for them to turn around and say I am forced to use the physical card. They blocked my access to get my money out and left me stranded for a service it says they provide

      What a horrible bank. Predatory lender!! My daughter made a mistake in making her payment. No call no notification, 60 days repoed car. Called to correct insisted on full payment to get car back, over 20K, which I wired to them first thing the next day. Still won’t release car because their confirmation wasn’t good enough to have the release from tow company. It’s been over 3 days and they won’t release the car that I now own outright. Crooks!! They figured I couldn’t pay I figure. The customer service is unbelievably rude and apathetic. Even after they have been paid in full in less than 10 hours. Don’t get a loan or do business with this bank or you’ll regret it. Soulless employees and have no procedure in place for those that made a mistake that gets rectified immediately but still totally trying to steal the car.

      I am very disappointed with this bank; I can deposit a check from bed if possible. However, I needed to access my funds today, so I drove to the closest branch and asked several times for CASH and a deposit. Then, the cashier told me we put a hold on the check, and the funds would be available in 4 days. What the ****?! I am not asking you for a loan; I am asking for access to my money when I need it. If it were not an emergency, I wouldn't bother driving, much less talking with a useless cashier.
      It is the second bad experience in the same branch

      1/25/24 a zelle reversal of $250 happened on our business bank account. I initiated the reversal because it wasn't a customer of ours. The rep told me they would have it back within 24 hours. 48 hours passed and I talk to the lady and she didn't have it. Talked to my bank they said 3-5 business days. Still didn't have it. Talked to my bank then they said 7-10 business days. Still no money. Talked to chase again. Once again they changed the time. So I asked for them to put the money back into my account so I can personally send it to the lady since I have all her information now. Chase informed me they couldn't do that because Zelle has the money. They claimed zelle had it since the 25th and I would need to talk to them. So instead of contacting chase I contacted zelle from the number chase provided me. I received zero help. Reached out in other methods and got a call back today from someone that could see everything. Turns out they have no history of anything coming out of my account this year. We got on a 3 way call with chase and once again chase said zelle has it. The zelle rep asked for some numbers and nothing pulled up. Chase put me on hold then came back and admitted they had the $250 the entire time but they won't do anything about it. Its in the system one day it will finish just keep calling if it not there by a certain date. The new date I was given is Sunday. How does $250 go missing? My local branch told me don't worry about it. Chase misled me about where the money was and refusing to return it to the lady that sent our business a zelle by mistake or return it to our business so we can give it to her. This looks horrible on our business and soon I have no choice but to give her the money from our business account. With no confirmation from chase of where that $250 will end up.

      They only get 1 star because you can't leave 0. Chase is hands down the worst bank in America! I was sooo upset with my past and present experiences with them that I wanted to share my experiences by leaving a review for others, but after looking at these other reviews it's clear that Chase bank is the worst and everyone knows it, including them.

      I spent 45 minutes and spoke to 5 representatives at Chase to help me log into my account and every rep said they needed to send me to another rep in order to properly assist me. Never got the problem resolved. I will let this waste of time speak for itself.

      I decided to move my business to Chase and was only filled by regret, anger and disappointment. They held all my funds for nearly a month! I couldn’t operate! I called their corporate office and faced with a rude man named Jeff who was on a power trip. Long story short they refused to release the funds and purposely released them on a Saturday before a Monday holiday to buy them even more time! I needed to switch banks because it was clear that Chase was not a good fit. Yet I still couldn’t withdraw my funds to switch to a different bank! I decided to use Zelle and they put a limit on that as well! How do they expect a business to operate? Highly disappointed and disturbed. Literally ridiculous! I truly feel like some parts of my experience were illegal. How can they withhold funds for that long and still restrict my ability to use them?! It’s my own money! I do not recommend business banking with this incompetent institution.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern with my recent interaction with the ****** auto finance team via the 800 number. My frustration stems from a series of events demonstrating a lack of empathy, professionalism, and inefficiency in leasing management.
      To clarify, the lease agreement was in my mother's name and was paid via my account. Due to an unexpected family emergency, my mother was overseas and could not return before the lease was due. I couldn't turn off the auto-pay myself or through my bank, as only Chase had the authority to cancel it. When I called them, the assistance was unhelpful and unacceptable.
      Firstly, one representative refused to escalate my call to a supervisor because my mother was not with me. Then, another representative accused me of failing to disclose that the account wasn't under my name. The accusation was offensive, with a dismissive and accusatory attitude instead of empathy and support, breaching professionalism.
      Turning off an autopay should've been a standard process without any rep's help. Implementing AI technology for handling standard inquiries could streamline operations and improve efficiency while reducing reliance on potentially incompetent customer service representatives.
      If you decided using reps for your customers, these reps should be adequately trained and capable of dealing with any unforeseen issues, as the difference between a mere answering machine and a genuine human interaction lies in the ability to handle situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
      All in all, my experience with the Chase auto finance team has been deeply disappointing and falls far below the level of respect and service expected from a reputable entity.

      Closed an account with over $1000 in it without me asking for it. Staff is constantly condescending and unhelpful, even though they screwed me. If the amount in the account were any higher, I’d sue over the laundry this of nonsense they’ve put me through. Do NOT bank with Chase under any circumstances. Worst part is, they’re too big to fail. Be smart with where you put your money, folks.
