      This particular banking company likes to close out their customers accounts for no reason. They also will cash your checks. Tell you your monies there close out your account and tell you you’re receiving a check and then take your money back and then when you call to gain access to your money they tell you that you can’t have it. I strongly recommend not thinking with Chase Bank.

      I dont know the purpose of night deposit if the next day you check your account at 11:00 your money has not been deposited you go up to the bank and they just standing around talking and when they do talk to you they say they are on lunch terrible service!!! NEVER DO NIGHT DEPOSIT!!! It takes them a whole day this bank will mess up your account if you needed your deposit to go through

      This was my experience as well. As executor of my mother's estate, they made it impossible to close her account. After having me complete a bunch of forms (I had to notarize 4 documents in a 10 page bundle), they rejected the submission because: (a) the notary date did not match the signature date (not true - they admitted that they misread it 4 times!! after I challenged them), (b) the said they only had a partial scan of the death certificate, even though I mailed in an original and they are the ones who scanned it, (3) they said I incompletely filled out one of the forms, which when challenged they admitted that the form wasn't even necessary and the blank parts were designated for ********************* use only. And they never even notified me that they rejected the form - I had to call to find this out. I don't know whether they are crooked or just criminally incompetent, but either way, investor beware

      They deserve no stars. The customer service *****. No one could explain why my card was closed without any notifications. Getting a new card required me to send my DNA in to prove it is my money, yet, they cannot stop someone in a cave across the globe from using my account to order hundreds of dollars worth of Robux. Chase suxxxxxxxxx.

      I mailed my mortgage check to Chase on July 20th. It was cashed July 26th. It is August 5th and they have yet to apply it to my account. When I called them, they said they have no record of my payment. I sent them the image of the cleared check as well as my bank statement showing the funds being removed from my bank and all they can do is file a missing check report and put it under investigation. Chase is a terribly unorganized bank with brutally bad customer service. I used to have a banking account, a credit card, and a mortgage with Chase. Now I am just down to a mortgage and pray they sell it to someone else.

      Chase is such an awful bank. I have been with them for over 10 years and I ran into some financial issues recently well they have hit me with 3 overdraft fees and refused to return them to me. I was on the phone with at least 5 people all of whom I had to retell my embarrassing story of my financial issues and have these people looking at my account. You know how tiny that made me feel? F*** you chase I hope you go under. Your customer service was beyond poor. I will be switching banks. I can't believe that after 10 years this is the thanks I get. They don't care about you they just want your money. It's f***Ed up you continue to tax the poor for being poor. I will be telling everyone of my terrible experience with them and I hope.i will make them.lose business. I hope your feet hurt every day when you get home *** I hope every pillow you lay your head on is just uncomfortable enough to keep you up at night. **** poor excuse for a business.

      One of the worse banks you will ever bank with. They do not care about their customers they will do everything to keep your money. Especially when you call into do a claim against fraudulent charges. These peoples are sick doesnt matter how much you hassle them to help you. They hire people from ***** and most of the time they have no idea what they are doing. They do everything they can to steal your hard earned money. The *** needs to do an extensive investigation on this fraudulent bank. They wouldnt allow me to do an ACH stop payment I can keep going. I have a car loan with them as well and they are the worse in customer service. I have a personal account , a business account as well. They are the complete worse please save your time and take your money else where.

      Chase Bank's fraud department blocked me the use of my own funds for a cell phone purchase. With the phone sales rep still on the phone, I called Chase and verified it was me making the purchase. Still, the purchase never went through and the order was cancelled.

      The next day on Friday my debit card was defrauded 19 times from Twitch.tv in San Fransisco. I called Chase Fraud Department and was told all 19 charges would be reimbursed. Chase cancelled my debit card and issued a new card. But the following week, only 4 out of 19 charges were reimbursed, so I called Chase on Wednesday, and was told the other 15 were not processed. Chase Fraud claimed they needed more information to process the other 15, but processed them without any new information. Chase falsely stated they were reimbursing all the charges multiple times (on Friday, Monday, and Tuesday).

      After 39 years, I will be closing my account with Chase Bank.

      I ******* * ******** had a bad day at the Chase Bank at *** * ****** ***** ****. couple a few days ago.The manager '**** did not did not handle a situation, as what hapened ,I have a nother page that would like to presend of most valuable in this case. **** terminated my chase account of past years., she is one that by law should not be at this bank as what happend. How did she was made a manger, and how the it was made.This a "HATE CRIME", and punisable by law. All i want to have justice and give this female the PINK CARD. Ihave been in TX 11/84. I have never been treated like this . Chase bank must be carefull. A class law suite will happen one day..

      Chase Bank is the worst in customer service!!! I would give them a zero if I could.I am the Executor of my mother's estate and have tried numerous times to get statements from them. They either say it's not their department and transfer me or say they have to send it through a 'review' board' and will get back to me which they don't.Honestly, AI would be more competent than their human staff.Do not bank here!!!!
