Chase stole my bank account. In a coordinated action with other gang stalkers (they call themselves Illuminati or New World Order), someone called a death **** on me. An anonymous group of people would target you from afar with electronic weapons that have been stolen from the **** I nearly died. In parallel, I got hacked out of my bank accounts, Chase being one, with over 6 Million USD on it. Its a mix of commission I received and an inheritance. To my knowledge (I heard this from a staff member of the Bank for International Settlements), they changed the account number slightly. I do not know the current number. Also, they changed the last digit of my SSI. Likely, so that every time I contact them, they can say there is no account with this SSI.This group took over all of my accounts and forced me into a homeless shelter. I urgently need access to my accounts. The *** has removed the banking license of ********************, but they appear to still run their website as a spoofed site. Please contact *** Leadership or ************************* of the Bank for International Settlements. They can confirm all of my accounts. And that my frozen Chase account is in my name, one digit of my SSI changed.

My daughter was written a check for an early gift/inheritance for $12, 090.09 on 6/1/23 from her maternal grandmother. The check cleared my mothers account on 6/7/23. Understandable that Chase would put a temporary hold on that check. However, they put a hold on my daughters entire account. Her employer was unable to direct deposit her payroll checks. She was unable to pull cash or write any checks off the account for over 30 days. No access to her own personal funds outside of the inheritance check. She lives out of state, so we had no way to give her cash immediately or assist her. She went to the Branch Mgr, who called/escalated the issue to no avail. My daughter, her father, me (her mother), my Mother, my Mother's bank all called Chase Fraud Dept multiple times to no avail. They said that they had to call my Mother on her home phone to verify that it wasn't Fraud. My mother is 84, disabled, & does not normally answer any 1-800 calls. Chase told me that her phone was a "private number" & unlisted, so they could not verify the check. We acquired a POA for my mother & our daughter to speak to Chase. The woman I spoke to with my daughter on the phone would not acknowledge anything that I was saying. She wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. She told me I had to go to a branch locally in Indiana to produce the POA to resolve this issue. I did. The local branch generally thought I was "off my rocker". They said they couldn't do anything & that was not the correct directive. They told me to call the Fraud Dept back. My daughter's father called the local branch in Denver, who looped in the Fraud Dept. They refused to release her funds or the check from my Mother. The branch manager advised my daughter to close her account as he felt he could get a cashiers check for everything but the $12,090.09, which is what we did. Today is 8/2. I called Chase Fraud Dept and insisted on speaking to a Supervisor. Today they released the funds. Unacceptable.

Chase is a scam! I have fair credit and applied for a credit card but they denied me. I was told it was my credit score and I improved it from the first time I applied. My score even went down because they did an inquiry after informing me it would not unless I accepted it. Do not get a chase credit card.

I want to make a payment on my credit card with cash, legal tender paper cash. I lost my drivers license over the weekend, and this so called bank wont accept a payment without it. If a financial institution doesnt honor the legality of the nature of the ************* dollar, the very thing its entire business is dependent upon, then that institution should not exist. I will be closing my account with them as soon as I am able. So help them if they charge me a late fee.

I had 2 accounts with Chase in April. My personal account and an ccount where I'm secondary to my mother, this is her personal account. I'm on her account SOLELY for ease of transferring funds. But in April she moved and updated her address with the bank. And for some odd reason Chase linked the two accounts resulting in my personal debit card being locked. It took several days for me to figure out why and to this date I was never able to contact someone about fixing it. For this reason and Chase banks over all terrible customer service, i decided to close out the bank account. While researching for a new bank, i started noticing transactions on my account that didn't belong there. Then subscriptions being added. I called chase on a Saturday to find out how to close the account. I was told I would need to go in to a physical location but that it could only be done mon-fri which is not a possibility for me right now. I was put on hold and then told that the account was closed. On Wed i woke to an overdraft notification. Now, a whole week after the original outreach im being told that they wont close the account despite fraudulent activity because this person set up reccuring payments on the account. And im expected to keep money in the account to cover this. This company is actively allowing someone to steal from me and refusing to do anything. I've decided to wipe my hands of the account at this point though I'm sure theyll try to pursue legal action for the overdrafts at some point. It'll really drive home the scammy business they run. I cannot stress this enough, NO ONE should be banking with this company.

I have called this bank multiple times due their "ACH systems issues" of which contradictory information has been provided multiple times by not only their customer service reps but management and their escalations department. Filling a complaint with this company is unnecessary because "there will be no solution" as per the escalations team rep **************** There has been no notification on their end. I was told this is a matter handled the payer's bank through the process of eServe an ACH TOOL. My employer tried to create a solution and work with Chase. My employer still denied this opportunity due to not being authorized on the account even though this is a matter they need to correct. I will never work this bank due to their negligence, inability to take accountability for their mistakes, unwillingness to resolve an issue they created, and consistent LIES. Please for the sake of your LIVELIHOOD do not entrust this banking system with your money or investments. If a municipal banking system can figure their issues out you guys on a multi-national level should be able to handle yours.

I have been a Chase customer for well over 20 years. I have had a mortgage with them, checking, savings and done investments with them. I am now retired and recently purchased a home. The home required quite a bit of work, including a new roof. When I sent the roofer a check to pay for their work I received a text from Chase verifying that the check was valid due to the high check amount. I replied it was correct and received a text back that everything was fine and no further action was required by me. Then Chase promptly bounced the check. I was incredibly embarrassed and had to go down to my local branch to get a cashiers check as the roofer would not accept another check. About 60 days later I went in to my local branch to set up a wire transfer. The bank officer went through everything they were supposed to do to make sure I was properly identified, warned about fraud and all instructions for the wire were correct. After everything was signed we left and were assured the wire transfer would be sent. About an hour later I got an email saying the transfer was cancelled. I went back into the branch and the bank officer told me that the wire was stopped because I did not pick up a call from Chase trying to verify the wire. The call came from an unlisted 800 number and no message was left. This is exactly the type of move made by scammers and fraudsters that Chase warned us about. The bank officer went through the process again and resubmitted the wire. This time no call came to me to verify the wire and it was processed. The officer also placed a complaint in the system and told me I would be contacted. I received several calls over the next few weeks from an unlisted 800 number that did not indicate it was Chase Bank calling. I did not reply to the calls as they seemed to be from a scammer. I finally received a letter from Chase stating they would stop trying to contact me. I am closing all of my accounts and some of my family members accounts too.

Hate to leave this review as I was a Chase customer for 3 years and had a decent relationship with the bank until I needed them. Over a month ago, I found a charge to ******* on my account. The charge was for 80$, I contacted the bank to let them know that I did not make the charge as I hardly ever shop at *******. They told me that they would look into it and put the money back into my account. I look into my account this morning to find that the charge had been reversed . When I called the bank to find out why, I was told that they could not find sufficent enough evidence to hold up the argument that I did not use the card myself at store within the ******* area. I then asked them which ******* was the card used in. They told me they did not know, but that it was only used in the area. ******* is huge and the fact that they could not even tell me which store shows thier lack of investigation skills. They seem to also be a bit behind on the different ways in which your information or card can be stolen. I told the bank that I will be terminating my account with them. This is not only because I was accused of stealing but also because I cannot trust that my money will be protected with their bank. I have banked with a few other companies and this never has happened. I also do not spend my days thinking of ways to defraud the bank of 80$ which is not enough to go throught that drama. Do not bank here or you may end up broke.

I currently have FIVE accounts with Chase Bank. Despite the poor reviews I was seeing online, I was literally moving all my personal and business banking with them...that is until they pulled a fast one. I wanted to take advantage of a promotion that would have given me $350 for opening a new business account. I transferred money to the account, and called them to verify the details. I was told the requirements MINUS the most relevant info: The deposit needed to be physically put into the bank, rather than "transferred" from another account. I called ******************** TWICE, during the promotional period, and that particular piece of information was never relayed to me. Two months, I thought I was in compliance, until speaking with a supervisor. Her response to this information was that I should have read the "letter" they sent with the requirements. So apparently, calling for the information wasn't enough. I needed to read the letter sent to my house, instead of speaking with the bank directly. No problem Chase. No need for letters...you can just 'read my lips:' You're FIRED. And you lost an A+ customer, who not only will be closing the 5 accounts I currently have, but will NOT be transferring the 2 other business accounts, I had planned.
