      They train their customer service reps to lie to get their customers off the phone long story short they disclosed to me money in your savings account isnt fdic insured and once you deposit money into their bank it no longer belongs to you

      The ********** ever. I just recently opened a checking, savings account and deposit money into my account. They immediately restricted my new bank account because of an issue that happen 4 years ago of something that I didn't do and plus that case was resolved. 4 years later as of today they restricted my account and kept my deposit money!

      Chase Bank has manipulative business practices, also referred to as dark business practices by the FTC. They do not honor the bonus offers they use to scam you into opening an account to manipulate you into paying a monthly fee. The supervisors that work there dont care, & will offer you a call back you can expect to NEVER receive. I despise this bank, despite only being a customer for 3 months. I think the earlier review must be a paid advertisement, because this company is dishonest to the extreme. Now I literally have to submit both a BBB & FTC complaint against them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Capital one has an account called 360, it is free.

      I have been a chase customer for as long as I can remember. It was Washington Mutual before. I am not even sure what branch I opened my account at. Perhaps ****************. I don't see Chase in **************** on your list. In any case several years ago my Father died and I had to take over all finances for my Mother. She is deaf and blind and cannot handle her own finances. The Social Security office told me that I had to (must, no choice here) open a representative payee account for her in order to do anything for her at all, including handle her ******** stuff. She gets a whopping ****** per month from Social Security. I opened the account so that I could administer her bills and my bills all under one login. I am very disappointed to now understand that Chase **** is going to take ***** each month because her deposit is not large enough, even though this is attached to my personal account which has a deposit plenty large. Chase takes 4% off of the poor blind woman. Unbelievable. All complaints I have made, I have been told that they can't do anything. Hogwash. You can do something you just don't want to. Why do rich people who have big deposits not get charged? If I wanted to, and I may, (I am still thinking it over), I could go to **** of America who does not have this same policy. It would require a trip to the social security administartion, new forms that would have to be signed by my Mother. Then a trip to **** of America to have their lawyers look at the form. Then they would approve it and I would have to ******* myself back to the social security admin to give them the account number for the new account for the direct deposit. This is not a trivial thing to do.I could open a CD for $5k to keep from getting charged but why would I want to help a bank who can't help others?

      I have a Chase Bank Amazon Prime Credit Card. I frequently am hung up on by the associates on the phone.

      Lost my job back in December. Couldnt make a payment for a few months so they reached out saying they had a financial hardship program to get my account current. Me wanting to be a good person and customer I went through with my obligation and my account is now current/ closed. Closed not being what I wanted they took the liberty of closing the account because I had missed payments even though I was honest with them about losing my job and despite entering that repayment plan. Being a loyal person companies like this are extremely frustrating.

      Worst customer service. They lied and have continued to give me the run around. I will take this as far as it needs to go if my issue is not resolved TODAY. If I could leave zero stars I would!!!!I filed a claim of fraudulent charges on my account. I was told I would get a credit. Saw it that same day. Then it fell off the account. I called they told me what could have happened so I understood. I was then told I would get that credit back same day or the next morning. Still did not see it. So I called again I was then told the exact same thing!!! Now Im angry. Do not trust them

      Just want to say that I appreciate this bank so much. They do an incredible job. From customer service, to communication. Their documentation is clearly written and they don't hide anything important in fine print.
      The app is easy to use, navigate and excellent care and thought is taken into every detail (even to downloading their online statements that has the date labelled properly on the pdfs).
      I appreciate all the work you are doing across the board and please keep up with your honest and incredible practices!

      I have an Amazon credit card I started a dispute when Amazon first made credit for an item that was never shipped and then posted it back Chase Baank has the most incompetent staff for disputes I was talking first with one employee and then with his supervisor The conversation ended up as settled I can't be charged for an item that was not shipped I got emails today requesting to call them back since they need more information (?) They also sent me a form via their site requesting to confirm if willing to continue with the dispute and requesting more information Chase should request to the merchant proof of shipping tracking number and confirmation of delivery Honestly I do think about closing my personal, and business accounts and all the credit cards with Chase

      Holds checks that have been cleared and verified for ten days if your account is new. My account has been opened over a year ago, receives regular direct deposits and check deposits. Check has cleared in writers account 3 days ago but still will not release funds. **************** was rude. They also push opening accounts for your kids and then hold it against you by marking your account new. So if you get a promotion to open a checking for your child keep that in mind.
