      Chase bank is the biggest scam going. I just got another enticement in the mail that they would give you $300 if you open an account. I did and performed everything that they had requested and they still wouldnt refund the $300. My wife has had the same experience. I have removed my account from them and my wife is in the process. This bank is horrible.

      We are done with this bank. We have been longtime customers, when I got scammed through Zelle, their only response oh we are sorry to hear that. There was no help or any further assistance to recoup my funds. Needless to say, we are taking our money elsewhere and will be letting friends and family to stay away from this bank for sure!

      If I could leave negative stars, I would. I have had to deal with JPMorgan Chase bank for over a year. It has been so stressful for me and unorganized on their part. They do not care about individual situations. The representatives that I spoke to were all helpful but often very confused. I got different information every time I called. I will never use this company again. What a terrible situation they placed me in, felt harassed and totally mistreated. 0 stars.

      Apparently, they only like the elite, I was not accepted even though I have direct deposit through disability every month, I lived in the same house for 14 years, I own my vehicle, but unfortunately, Ive had six surgeries on my leg in the past six years And my credit is not perfect because it took a long time to get things straightened out when I was injured. So I would steer clear of these clowns because they only want people that have money. Apparently they are not interested in the little people, or the people who just get by because they got , some unfortunate situation. Thank you for nothing Chase and thank you for wasting my time now I will finish withdrawn my money from you and look at you when I rearview mirror. I will never recommend anyone to you when I get my settlement which is coming soon it wont be you. I will be going to with my money because Im not gonna be small forever. ????????????????????????????????

      I purchased a car on March 9, 2019, which was leased from J P Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. The date of my purchase, I paid the entire lease amount for the three years. The balance owed upon expiration of lease. At the time of the lease expiration, I called to get a payoff balance because I was planning on purchasing the car upon lease expiration. On the date of 03/17/22, I was given a payoff amount. I went to the local Chase office, gave them my payoff check, and the Odometer Disclosure Statement. On April 1, 2022, I received a default letter explaining, the payoff was incorrect, this payoff amount was given to my by an employee. I explained I was given this amount by a Chase employee, Stephanie said they were removing the late fees. I spoke to Alvin on 4/7/22, he said this lease was paid off and settled.

      On 10/19/22, I received a payoff confirmation letter stating this has been Paid in Full.
      From that date I called requesting my title. I talked to several people, they would say, they never received my Odometer Disclosure Statement, I would fax it over to them. After faxing the disclosure over several times, I called again, this was 05/15/23.

      Then to my surprise, I find out Chase has reported to the Credit Bureau, this was a charge off.
      Charge off in the amount of $15,755. This loan was paid in full at lease termination. After several phone calls, to very rude people, I again e-mailed over the Odometer Disclosure Statement again. Now they were telling me the title will take 10 days to receive.

      On 06/26/23, I finally received my title. I spoke to several people throughout this experience. I found them rude, and no matter who I talked to; there was a different explanation on how to get the title. Plus, several people told me the title was sent to me, then someone else said the title did not go out due to requiring an Odometer Disclosure Statement. I will never lease from JP Morgan Chase Bank again.

      Had fixed rate credit card for 20 years. Chase changed our card to variable rate and is now charging us *****%! This company takes advantage of the hard working middle class. Do not do business with them!!!

      After opening our business account following multiple visits to the branch, the account was suddenly closed. They gave 3 different reasons as to why this happened and eventually settled on one after weeks of back and forth. After we resolved this issue they claimed was an issue, one of my partners confirmed that all was well and that all that was needed was show up and finalize. We were there 2 hours with ********, the supposed specialist leaving the desk multiple times before finally asking us to make one more change on the paperwork which we did immediately. He then came with the branch manager to ask us to reschedule because they had other appointments. In other words our business wasnt important. My associates and I took time to come to meeting that was assured to run smooth as long as we all attended only to be kicked out be their branch manager ****** because of their incompetence. I dont blame the whole corporate but this branch is incompetent.

      I thought I fell into a scam and closed my debit card and requested a new one. Before I got the new card it was in use where a purchase was made in England. Chase gave out my information to other people. Account is closed but still concerned as to how many other people they are messing with.

      While on phone with a lender. My account was hi jacked. Was sent a text stating money was being wired. I hung up and called my bank to stop the wire. The manager said they would not close my account to prevent the transfer. At this point the funds were SEM till in my account. ***************** said he was transferring my call to fraud ***** I was on hold for over 1 hour and saw my money leave my account. Finally someone answered and said I was in the credit card ***** So rhey transferred me and took over 30 min. Then they did zero. Took in total over 3 hours ti have them take me down rabbit hole So sorry so sorry. All that was said. ****. No one helped or cared at all.

      I can't believe Chase Bank would send out 135 pages of brand-new account terms and immediately without warning, lock their customers out of their accounts until they blindly agree to them. My friends at the branch were sympathetic but couldn't help. I cannot access my checking account or pay my 2 ******************** credit cards until I accept these new terms. I have depended on Chase and been a good savings and loan customer for over 20 years, but that's too rotten a trick to let slide. It will take me a couple of months to move my direct deposits and auto-pays to WF, but I have to manage my money and pay others, so I can't risk continuing with Chase. Beware!
