      I have to call Chase support weekly for one problem or another. I have been a long time 25 years, with Chase. I also have 30 other accounts from various business also with Chase. The problems vary' today it is Zelle. Chase will not interact with PNC Bank. Chase has a habit of passing the buck. On ave4rage I get on the phone and get transferred 5 times. Repeat my story each time and ultimately almost always the same outcome. "The problem is not with Chase" but it is and I have to prove it each time by getting the other party on a conference call with Chase. I waste an average of 4 hours each time. This is the worst customer service and although an huge task and a major disruption of my business I will have to leave if the don't fix this. This all started about 4 years ago probably with offshoring.

      TO the *** of CHASE. The use of the chase travel center is a joke. I have a $1700 credit I have been trying to use for nearly a year and every time I try to book I am told to contact chase directly. I call the various 800 #'s I am given and each one transfers me to a different department and none of them can help me book my trip. They tell me to book on line and select the credit, then I go and book online and I get a pop up that says I have to call chase directly to book this flight. Then I call chase directly and the cycle begins again. WHY do you not want me use my travel credit? why is it so hard to speak to someone that can help me. CHASE has to be the worse customer service experience in the industry. How does this company continue to stay in business? Run as fast as you can from Chase. Not a business that care about customers. *************, do better for consumers and worry less about your pocketbook for once in your life.

      On June 12 2023, my Busey bank login was compromised and I was contacted immediately. The checking/savings/debit cards were suspended and new accounts were opened. I had started an external transfer to Chase Bank (not knowing of the Busey issue). Chase did not receive the funds and automatically received a fraud alert. Busey provided a response to Chase on June 22, 2023 to clarify that it was not fraud. Thus far, Chase has not released access to any of my accounts. Their Asset Recovery Department is handling this matter. No one can contact that department. They rely on notating the accounts. I can not access/close those Chase accounts. Chase reps can see how many times I've called, and the notes. However, the "right people" are not responding. I would like to access my accounts....there's been no fraud to Chase!

      I got a credit card from this business and attempted to use it just once. It was declined and a claim of fraud was alleged. After attempting to communicate with this pathetic excuse for **************** (you can hardly understand them); I am fed up with this BS place. I do not suggest anyone wast their time on this business. Their credit card is junk to me and back in the envelope it came in. I will never use it.

      I used to think highly of Chase until today. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone looking to open an account of any sort. Ive banked with Chase for about 15 years and they abruptly closed my account due to fraudulent activity which was a hassle but understandable. I was told I could open a new account at any time. A couple of days ago I opened a new account which was approved and I deposited check through online banking, which said my deposit was accepted but wouldnt be available for ****************************************************************************************************************************** at 11 PM that night so the next morning I tried to login to view my account, but was given a message that it was locked out due to possible fraudulent activity. So again I called the bank and was told the decision was made to close my account and they couldnt tell me why which was very aggravating and then went on to say they would mail me the check that I had deposited into my account which is a huge inconvenience. I think its awful they would treat a long time customer this way, and without any explanation for closing my new account that they approved just a few days prior, which now I dont have access to any of the money that was deposited until they decide to mail it. The person I spoke to didnt show a bit of concern, apologize for the lousy and unprofessional service theyve provided or offer to check into the situation any further. They obviously do not look out for the customer and I cant imagine anyone would feel comfortable banking with such a place.

      Got a double payment on my car note call them right away before the payment went through to get one payment reverse they said they take care of it than they refuse to reverse it which something I could have done that same day through my car financial company than today about 3 1/2 week later than call me talking about that overdraft going to go in collection if I don’t pay it. I’m the victim here and they turning around playing as the victim making me falling behind on my others bill on top of that plus I’m a disable I only get paid once a month on top of that this is the service that chase giving a 17 years customer? Super awfully seem like they trying to drive their customer away

      It use to be great but has gone downhill. I have had an account with them for 13 years and now considering closing it because of the most recent nonsense. I have tried to close an old credit card 5 times 3 of which i was promised it would be closed after i paid the current balance. Which i did. They recently came up with a random ***** that doesn't match up to any cahrges while the account says it is closed. The balance would have had to be zero to close the account but the keep charging me interest and 40 dollar late fees. I refuse to payoff another balance just to be told a month from now i have another balance. Their is no cuatomer retention team that i could reach so i am leaving reviews to warn others. U wouldn't recommend opening an account there

      Absolutely, the only bank that will allow your checking or credit card to be stolen from without help!I'm a disabled senior without driving abilities, and a tiny income. When I was able to get to the bank, they wouldn't help with the $99.99 that had been stolen out of my account by a fraudulent company!Time after time, I've asked for payments to be stopped on my credit card, and they never stopped one of them! I assume only due to the money they make after every transaction. JPMorgan Chase cares more about their bottom dollar than you!!!

      I had a Chase Freedom card for a number of years with no issue, however I would now say that this company has no issue allowing your credit be destroyed and will not help you at all. One day in December I received a notification about a new card opened under my name. I never opened this card. I immediately contacted Chase and they did an investigation and locked the account. Then one day upon checking my statements, the bank reopened the account with no security. I called infuriated, they followed the same steps and procedure. Then again, months had passed and randomly the card was again open with no security features. This bank doesn't care about your security, credit or money. Bank elsewhere.

      I am so tired of whatever Chase and ******* have got going on that is keeping Chase **** Debit cards from working at *******. It is embarrassing every time I go to ring up my groceries only to have my card not readable and then finally declined. The clerks already know that it's a Chase card because they always have a problem with them. The clerks say that ******* and Chase are blaming each other. It is not fair to their customers. How do you think I feel when a line forms behind me because I'm having a problem using my Chase card only to end up having to go to an ATM and pay fees on both ends to pull the money our to pay for my groceries. It is not fair. The customers are caught in the middle of this. Please fix this mess!
