      I am writing to complain about Wanda Coach ************ I booked a one-way trip from *********, ** to ************* on 7/13/23 and paid $81.99 on the 5:30pm bus. The bus made a stop for a supposed to "10 minutes break'' while the driver was getting gas in ********************* ********. The bus was on the line trying to get gas while other trucks were getting gas as well. I got off the bus with other passengers to use the bathroom. When I came out the store the bus the bus was pulling off to leave. I was unable to catch them due to the track trailers driving in the middle of the parking lot. I was left stranded in ******* with all my luggage still on the bus on its way to *************. There was no emergency number to call the company. I was 5hrs & a half away from home. There was no courtesy from the driver warning other passengers that he was leaving or honking the horn. I contacted them the next day on the phone about my bags and they were rude & dismissive. One of my bags are currently missing and they refused to give a refund. This appears to be a common practice of theirs in that they explained that this happens all the time. I called them several times about my belongings and can't get in touch with anyone. I finally got with someone on the phone after 15mins waiting, I was explaining to one the employees the situation. He was extremely rude and was stating that there's no way to get in touch with the driver. He then stated that "there's two options what the drivers do with the lost & found, they either leave it on the streets, leave it on the bus or put it in the office." I didn't attend my trip to ************* while my luggage on its way to ************* missing and they refused to issue a refund. This company just want money and can careless about their customers.

      My luggage was taking from the under carrier on bus I was on I've been calling no one seems to either know what I'm taking about or giving me wrong information

      I am extremely disappointed with the services provided on 06/17/23 on my way to ***, my bus was supposed to departure @ 2:15 am and the driver was a no show! 1 bus came by @ 2:10 am stopped and didn't provide the courtesy to @ least lie by saying another bus in on their way, 2nd bus came by @ 2:45 am with the same attitude by this time we are believing this is a scam so we are calling them and there simply was no way to reach a customer service rep the phone simply rang and rang, @ 3:45 am the 3rd bus came by with not a single remote intention in picking up the 15 persons waiting for their ride since 1 am, the driver just stopped because he had to drop someone off and if it wasn't for the 2 brave passengers that stand in front of the bus and demanded the ride to *** we would have been left behind! Finally, we were able to board the bus @ 4 am, 2 hours after our scheduled departure time. The condition inside was so unhygienic that is embarrassing to think that this company provides any services and requires payment for it, the smell of ****, the stickiness of the floor from being peed on, leaking into the baggage compartment and impregnated the odor into our luggage was nauseating, repulsive, nasty, disgusting, offensive! I was sick to my stomach!This is the worst service I have ever encountered, and I am hoping that the BBB takes action with this company as it should be SHUT down and fined for not meeting the most simple standards for a business like punctuality, customer service, clear communication, etiquette, hygiene it is just simply inappropriate, improper and distasteful . I am a witness that 15 additional persons experience this disaster. A company should take pride in taking care of their customers and should move in excellence! Regardless of how much the cost of the ticket is without even mentioning that you can find better prices with excellent customer service like Flix bus.

      I purchased a ticket for service of transportation and never received it. I called customer service number provided and it goes straight to voice-mail. I emailed and still no response. I was left stranded with my child.

      I was going to ******** for a Christmas. I had 2:15am bus schedule from **. Around 9, one lady called me and bus schedule changed to 1am. She said I could take next bus at 330am.So I took Uber, it was 20dollars to take a bus. Bus never came. I called the lady that I talked to. She said bus was cancelled. She kept saying no bus no bus. So I came back home with Lyft ride another 20dollars. It was worst experience. They should refund my money back and Uber cost too. It was the worst of the worst.

      my son traveled on one of there buses from ********* ************** , to *************. the bus driver opened 2 luggage compartments , failed to ope the 3 one that had my sons travel bags in it . tried calling the bus station since the time the driver pulled off, the drop off was suppose to be ****************, they was dropped off 5 blocks from there under the bridge nit sure why. and still have not heard from the company , and my son still havent got his bags. even tried emailing there support email which is not a real email address

      I WAS LEFT BY THE BUS DRIVE AT THE ****** TRAVEL CENTER IN ********.THE DRIVER DID NOT RETURN TO THE **** POINT WHERE HE DROPED THE PASSANGER, INSTEAD HE MAY HAVE LEFT FROM THE *** ****.THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED ON DECEMBER 21ST 2022 @4:45AM SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO THE CUSTUME SERVICE NUMBER **************. BUT THERE IS NO ANY ANSWERE.MY BACK PACK IS INSIDE THE BUS AND MUY 3 SUBCASE ALSO IS IN THE LAGAGE ****.AMONG THE THINGS I HAVE IN MY BACKPACK ARE; MY FIRE TABLET, ****", AN APPLE TABLE, 3 LAPTAPS, AND MY 3 IPODS.

      On 07/24/2022 I used Wanda Coach to go to ******, ** to visit relatives for the holiday. Upon arriving at the bus, naturally all seats were used. The seat I had no other choice to sit in had an uncovered metal lever that pressed up against my left thigh the whole ride to ******, ** leaving a bruise. The bus was dirty and during a still very active COVID-19 period, the bus did not appear or smell like it was cleaned. In addition the bus jerked all the way there since the bus was not able to maintain the speed that the driver needed, had he not stepped on the gas repeatedly, the bus would have had no acceleration. Since I had this bruise on my thigh that a day later is now purple, I refused to use my return ticket# WD55-0770018 scheduled for 07/25/2022 at 5:00 PM. I attempted to call them at ************ but only received marketing information and no choice for customer service to inform them of my riding experience or the bruise on my left thigh. I, upon arriving to my residence late on 07/25/2022 via another mode of transportation, emailed them requesting a refund. I just received a return email with them telling me that they are not refunding my $14.99. This service is "get what you pay for" and I do not suggest that anyone ride this cheap, sub-par service with a bus that is not mechanically sound and could potentially be dangerous to those who choose to use this bus service. I have informed that I will *** due to the bruise on my thing due to a metal seat level, uncovered for anyone's protection protruding into my flesh. I cannot offer pictures since the bruise is on my left upper thigh too close to my posterior.

      On 10/7/22 I purchased round trips tickets to **************, ** from ***. My returning ride on 10/10/22 was a ride from h*** The bus conditions were toxic, contaminating and diseased. I informed the driver that the bus reeked of urine and the smell was so bad that my daughter started to vomit and I formed a headache. The driver turned the air on. However , that did not resolve the issue. The porta potty on the bus was in such a poor condition that it fumed throughout the bus. This ride became unbearable. I have asked the company to refund me $75 for the price of my 3 returns tickets as the services were not completely rendered. As I had to find alternate transportation back to *** because I refuse to continue to travel in those conditions.

      Hello sir/ma'am, I was took this bus from ************** to ************* on 08/08/2022. The bus was stop for a short break at ******** Station **********************************************************************, everybody was get off from bus for using bathroom. And i was in the bathroom and i came out from bathroom i saw the bus is gone. That time i was called bus customer service number for get help, after few try they picked my call and they arranged next bus to pick me **. ** my previous bus had my 2 luggage and 1 hand carry bag, in my luggage have my all important documents like my SSN, Work AUTHORIZE CARD, PASSPORT, CASH and my CLOTHS. I was told the customer service agent about my luggage and she was insured my all stuff will be safe and i can pick those from ************* at the bus office which is located at ****************************************** . Then when i came in city and i went bus office and i asked for my luggage the agent told me that is not here and she can't help me about this issue and she gave me number *************) to call. And i called there after lot of try they picked and i told him about my luggage and he told me they will call me back but the didn't gave me any single update. i called lots of time they just said they will let me know. Then today(08/10/2022) i went bus office physically but the agent was so rude and she don't want to talk just she said call there. Today i was called there more then 40 times they didn't take my phone. So please sir/ma'am help me out to get back my luggage and my documents please.
