      On June 26, 2025, I traveled from ******** to ******* with Wanda Coach. The experience was absolutely horrific from start to finish. The bus was filthy, the smell of urine and f**** was unbearable, and there was trash scattered everywhere, including food scraps and garbage stuffed in the seats and ********* make matters worse, the charging ports did not work, which was part of the service I paid for, and there was water leaking from the cooling system, soaking parts of the floor. It was hot, uncomfortable, and honestly felt hazardous to my health.This wasnt just bad customer service this was a complete failure to provide safe, sanitary, or advertised conditions. I contacted Wanda Coach, and they refused to issue a refund, hiding behind their non-refundable policy, which should not apply when the service provided was utterly unacceptable and unsafe.I want this to be publicly known through the BBB how Wanda Coach operates with zero regard for cleanliness, comfort, or basic human decency.

      In one word: Horrible.I'll repeat what others have said: shut this company down. The bus ticket cost $47 and I was charged twice when ordering through Wanderu. The waiting area in **********, ** is in an ********* station parking lot on the busy corner of *************** and *******************, no shelter from rain or gas station air.The 6am bus arrived more than an hour late, at 7:12am, even though Wanda Bus requires people to arrive 30 minutes before the "scheduled" departure. However, when the bus finally did arrive, the driver of the bus didn't even know what time he was supposed to be there. No concept of the bus schedule. While I was waiting for the bus, I called the "24 hour" customer service line only to get passed on to voicemail twice. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me "the bus isn't always on time" and they hung up.The bus interior was filthy, smelled of urine, marijuana, and old cooking oil. Empty alcohol containers littered the floor and most people on the bus were sleeping and sprawled across two or more seats, others were vaping or smoking weed, or watching videos on their phones at high volume.I cannot stress how terrible this bus experience was - do not repeat the mistake I made by using Wanda Bus. This company should be shut down.

      Bus driver speeds up to 80 while the regulated speed is only 55 on highway. He turns on the heater while the most of the back passengers is complaining of too much heat already. He will only turn on AC for 5mins and puts back the heater on again. The toilet is a mess. The bus is not clean. Driver keeps on talking over his headset while driving and keeps on wiping the glass that gets moist every 10mins. Seatbelt is a must if you dont want to fall from your seat. Pros:- cheap ticket - 4hrs travel from ************* to *** - on time pick up/drop off Cons:- unsafe/unregulated driver - cooling/heating system problem - dirty seats/toilet clogged - chinese guy (cant understand english)

      I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is a TERRIBLE company. The drivers are rude and do not care about the customers AT ALL. The just want the money. I was shooed away when I asked for clarity and help from the driver. He actually closed the door in my face and told me to "go, go". I paid $106 for a ticket to get my daughter back to school. INo respect from the people who run this company . It shows in the drivers. They found yet another niche where they can make high profits and treat people like c*** because they think very little of the people they serve. The driver who treated me and my daughter rudely drove a bus that picked up in ********, ** on Dec 1st at 4:00 am. Needless to say I did not put my child on that raggedy bus with that uncaring driver. No I know I'm gonna have to fight to get a refund. I'm down for it though. Wansa bus/ China bus should be completely out of business but I'm sure it won't be because NOBODY GIVES A S**T.

      Absolute nightmare. Bus showed up over two hours late. ****************** lady was incredibly rude. Driver seemed drunk/intoxicated. Drove ***** mph the entire trip, speeding up and slowing down, as if he were falling asleep. Passengers were asking him what was going on and if he was okay, he just yelled back, inaudibly, in Chinese. Driver was swerving all over the roads. He was constantly on his phone (talking and texting) throughout the entire ride. This was completely unsafe. This company should absolutely shut down. Bathrooms do not work. Whole bus smells like sewage. Seats and floors are completely filthy and disgusting. Worst bus experience I have ever experienced, hands down.

      Irresponsible and do not care about the customers ! The bus is rode in from ******* to NY drove off and left me at a rest stop after only a few min that was permitted by said driver ,who also drove off with my baggage . I contacted his customer service immediately several hours earlier than their arrival time in ** , requesting help in securing my property on the bus in my seat where I left it and to leave it at the ticket office wher i can retrieve it . I was told yes by the **************** agent who took all my information including my description of my **************** I then paid for my own transportation to ** arriving half hour before the scheduled arrival of the said bus . I went to the office and was told bluntly that they knew nothing and to call back the 917 number and when I finally got them I was told to be patient and wait for a delivery of my baggage by a bus coming to the station where I remained for 2 days and never received my baggage despite all my begging and pleading for someone to help me . I also offered to go to where the bus was being cleaned and parked but the denied me , so I lost my baggage with all my important documents including my US Passport, bank statements, title for my *** X5 that I recently bought , my job ID among too many other things to mention but no one cared despite my begging, pleading and submission so I finally called 911 , is this right ?

      I am sooooo mad my bagggage was accidentally left on their bus!!! I reported it right away and they act as though they dont know whats going on! Or act like they dont understand English my child insulin was left in the bag and I have been calling them everyday since 9/3.24 and nothing!! The bus went straight to the garage which means the employees are stealing!!! I am livid I will never ride with them again they are disgusting to play around with someone personal property and or medicine!!! Im gonna keep calling and Im going down there with the police I wanna see those cameras

      Trash. Ordered a one way bus to ******** at 1:30am and I got a notification at around 9pm that the bus was arriving earlier at 1:20 so I got to the bus stop at 1 am just to be sure and waited for 40 mins in the cold. I called the company to see if the bus was even coming and the person said it was a few minutes away. Finally at around 1:50 the bus showed up but didnt even stop for 1 second it just hit a quick u turn at a light and left. We tried to waive it down but it just completely ignored us. I tired to call the company back at least 30 times and I got sent straight to voicemail. Then finally 1 hour later my call got answered and I told the person what happened and they just abruptly said not my problem and hung up the phone. The worst service Ive ever experienced. These people should be
