      Before boarding the WANDA COACH AKA CHINA BUS in ******* ** to ********. They were rude about getting the ticket. Told us to goto atm and said chop chop its there right over. You got 10 min. We boarded the bus after paying $130.00 each one way @3pm. They refused to put the ** on. Kept saying it was broken not working.. Finally after multiple people complaining they turned the "broken ac on" but that was after another lady got on the bus after hearing another passenger begging the driver to turn it on because she has asthama.. The ** only lasted about an hr then they turned it off again. The driver had multiple close calls for an accident.. They seem to only care about the chinese. They are racist. They pick and choose who sits up front and who they put in the back of the bus.. The beginning of the trip they seemed to only have the ac for the driver and first part of the bus.. The money that they took from customers as purchases for the tickets. They inturned and used such profits to obtain hundreds of cartons of newport ciggarettes with the intentions of selling them on ************* for black market distribution.. Very very disappointed

      Waited for bus that was supposed to arrive at 1:30 arrived at 7 and then the bus driver was nasty to the 2 other passengers apart from me that stuck around to be picked up. The busses are disgusting and decrepit and the company has been known to take peoples money despite buses never showing up. I know this sounds dramatic but this was genuinely the worst bus ride of my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      Bus cancelled an hour before departure no explanation. No one is on the office to reschedule. Holiday is ruined.

      Yeah Thanx to this miserable company I'll not be attending the DragonForce Amaranthe concert in ********* ** for Halloween Thanx A Holes!!! The map showed ************************************* as being next to trader ***'s BUT it's actually in the ********** parking lot on the other side of the highway!!!!! So by the time I found this out the bus already left earlier than the 3:30 timeslot! So stranded with no ride already bought concert tickets and booked a hotel. I'm now outta all that money with nothing to show for! Thanks for a very unlovely & extremely unhappy Halloween!! Buyer Beware!!!!

      Horrible company . The customer service was horrendous. First scheduled bus left half hour before departing time on ticket. Was able to reschedule for the next day with a $20 fee . Bus never showed . Called cyst service they gave me a different number because they said they dont know who the driver is . Called the number for over an hour no answer . Today I called the office and the lady is screaming my ticket is expired before she even knew what ticket it was and where the bus departed from . I was called a liar when I said I waited over 3 hrs for no bus and hung up on . They are a scam do not use this company

      ************* They will take your money and sometimes the bus is late or will not even show. They do not give refunds even when the are at fault. I tried to board the bus and was told I could not sit with my infant even though I purchased a ticket. I wasnt able to get on the bus because they didnt have room and the rug still will not respond to my refund request

      Zero stars! Possible human trafficking business. Highly sketchy. Asian lady stated her name was ****** and she was extremely rude. Would not provide bus details I asked for supervisor number. But business is a dump. Stay safe and do not ride with this business.

      On my way to ******* 12/25-12/26 the company switched some passengers off the bus when we continued the ride to ******* somewhere along the way my bag was stolen with my and my childrens clothing and my sons asthma medication mind you the drivers are the ones that are suppose to give the bags back because they take them and put them under the bus Ive been calling they told me to make a police report as if that is going to help they dont answer the phone they decline my calls and have not been trying to figure anything out they said they dont reimburse for losing my bag and the put in fake investigations to make it seem as if they care these ppl are disgusting and the customer service is very poor over book their bus and its ridiculous day 2 of calling and Im getting nothing but a bunch of nonchalant remarks
